I think we will find out that the 15 minute drive JB and SG took was to meet with "Dr Outreach". I think JB was paid and manipulated into becoming the "outreach" part of the Docs intervention/outreach/rehab program to procure "at risk individuals". I think if JB had to answer any questions by the police very early on in the case(first month or two) he would have lied on the docs behalf.

Missing 15 minutes
I think during the missing 15 minutes, SG was confronted by CPH intervention style and he attempted to get her to "enter the program". I don't think JB is in the room for this. The Doc may have administered her a drug at this point, though I think what he called a "sedative" was probably a heavy anesthetic like Bupivacaine/Marcaine which takes a long time to take effect but also lasts much longer. I think when the doc and his program were rejected by SG he tried to convince her to stay by scaring her and telling her that she was in danger and that she needed him and this program, or that she was told various lies by him and by JB which obscured the truth to the point that SG started to question everyone involved, MP, JB, and CPH. Like a $hitty suprise party, it does takes cooperation to set someone up for an intervention. Ironically, I think that SG was intentionally heading back towards Larboard Court when she turned south at the gate.

The Selection Process
I think the Doc selected SG based on some criteria and gave SG's contact info to JB, "The family wants me to do an intervention and get her off the streets". I think the Doc is able to select such at risk individuals based on criteria that he is able to obtain from a combination of interrogating victims over the phone, criminal records, state records, the foster system(SG), medical records, or some type of rehab outpatient list. Every victim has had some experience with arrest, rehab, or medical care/surgery. His license to practice "Emergency Medicine" expired in 2006 and with that I think he lost access to some of the methods/records he used to procure his victims. First turning to Atlantic City streetwalkers and then developing a closer to home procurement method: craigslist.

JB may have even been involved in procuring some of the other G4 but had no idea that they were meeting their demise. Once he found out SG was really missing he started to realize he was being used for something more sinister than an outreach program. The SCPD were fully aware of the Docs calls when the first body turned up in December 2010, and I am sure at this point JB was willing and ready to cooperate fully. But alas, LE still needed a prosecutable case and didn't want their suspect outed in the media.

truthspider,

I wonder if they have checked the toxicology of the GB4 to see if they had any drugs in their system other than cocaine and the other recreational drugs. You mention Bupivacaine/Marcaine. I wonder if they can find that in the body after a number of months or years of decomposition. ALC would probably be the best one to test since she was only deceased 3 months at most.

Any thoughts on this?

Six charged with patronizing prostitute in Suffolk

Six men were arrested Tuesday, November 22 on charges of patronizing a prostitute in a crime sting in Islandia, NY.

Responding to community complaints, officers from the Fourth Precinct conducted a "john" sting on Suffolk Avenue.

One man was also charged with an outstanding bench warrant, and another, a Level 3 sex offender, was additionally charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

National Center for Missing and Exploited Children

Primarily funded by the Justice Department, the NCMEC acts as an information clearinghouse and resource for parents, children, law enforcement agencies, schools, and communities to assist in locating missing children and to raise public awareness...

The Center provides information to help locate children reported missing (by parental abduction, child abduction, or running away from home) and to assist physically and sexually abused children. In this resource capacity, the NCMEC distributes photographs of missing children and accepts tips and information from
the public. It also coordinates these activities with numerous state and federal law enforcement agencies.

Could this "information clearing house" be the databse of records that the killer started using in 1995 as his personal black book to select runaway victims that would not be missed?

Dr Hyde did become SCPD Police Surgeon in 1995, he would have had access to this information.

Here is the link to the database; www.missingkids.com

Please explain how anyone could use this database to single out prostitutes (who use fake first names & never any last names) and identify them as runaway victims that would not be missed.

Correct me if I'm wrong; aren't the majority of the children on this list placed there because they are missed?

Here it sounds like you are talking about the craigslist G4 while I am thinking the SK used these methods on the non-gilgo 4 victims.

I am suggesting the possibility that the SK used some systematic way to identify victims who were extremely vulnerable, had no support network, weren't going to be looked for, and were going to be unidentifiable and hence untraceable if discovered. In short, this f@#ker WAS really smart about his victims. Starting in 2007 he didn't have access to the resources that delivered him these perfect targets and not using the same method or system is what made ALL of the G4 easily identifiable as well as Tanya Rush/2008. I do not believe it is a coincidence that LE hasn't been able to identify any of the 10 victims who were killed prior to 2007 and were able to identify all of the victims killed in or after 2007. (Jessica Taylor excluded) I can break this statement down into details in another post if you wish.

Maybe he nets his catch just prior to the individuals being submitted to NCMEC. I am just beginning to look into NCMEC and other sources of information that the SK may have used to help find unidentifiable victims so bare with me. Hospitals, specifically the ER, probably have procedures in place for when they treat people who are suspected to be victims of crimes or involved in crimes: drug use/overdose, victims of physical or sexual abuse or exploitation, or simply young people who get hurt but refuse to want to give their identity etc. The process of reporting or referring such patients to an organization such as NCMEC sounds like as good a place as any to scout for such untraceable victims. These patients may have their identity or lack of identity recorded in some "medical system" but not on record in the legal system.

Let's take CPH for example, during his years of emergency medicine from 1986 through 1995, he would have had experience reporting such people to law enforcement, then starting in 1995 when he became SCPD Police Surgeon and Suffolk County Director of Emergency Medical Services he would be on the receiving end of these reports and would have access to reports of such individuals in suffolk county. He may have been known as a helpful individual who reached out to these at risk youths to try and get them into a rehab or halfway house program. CPH's license to practice Emergency Medicine expired in 2006 and has not been renewed, I haven't been able to determine if that is by choice.

NEVERMIND... I think I figured out what you meant; you are saying that you think that Dr. Hyde would know a prostitute's real first & last name from her medical records while treating her in the emergency room and then would check the missing & exploited child data base to make sure that nobody was actually looking for her (so his victims would not be missed). Got it :thumb:

lol... we posted at the same time.

Something else I always found interesting was CPH's choice of the word "children" when describing the victims. He did this on video, and it's peculiar because the victim's aren't really children.

Well, well, well...look who wants us to know that he is still out there? Look who is taunting LE by abducting a woman, asking her for sexual contact and then releasing her?

LISK himself! "You see, I can snatch any woman I want. NOBODY IS SAFE!"

*Raises arms to the sky*

BEHOLD THE WALKING SESSPOOL!

Wow! Thanks for posting that Sistah! I am glad they did a composite sketch of this guy so local women can be on the lookout for him.

I found it interesting the reporter in the video stated he was driving a grey sedan. Cop wannabe?

I don't know. But I do know that the sketch looks very much what I had in mind what he would look like and he is in his 50's. I really think that's him. For real.

This can't be the first time this particular joker has done something like this. I can't imagine somebody waits until they are in their 50's before they wake up one day and decided to abduct a woman at gun point for sexual contact.

Nah...it's LISK sending a message to LE and the community. LE needs to investigate all grey sedans in the town of Massapequa because that is where I believe that fool resides.

just posting the reported description for everyone

The suspect is described as a light skinned white male in his 50's with a medium build with short salt and pepper hair wearing dark glasses and a space between his teeth.
Detectives ask anyone with information about the above crime to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.

Yep. I wouldn't put it past him. He likes to taunt and what better way to taunt than to abduct somebody and let them go. "Now LE has a witness and a description and those keystone cops still can't catch me."

Meanwhile, he knows that his next victim won't hardly be so lucky.

to Seaslug44...

I noticed online that you have some high definition pics of the Oak Beach community

http://s641.photobucket.com/albums/uu132/Seaslug44/Beach high def/

did you take these yourself?

Back in the Spring I had a free trial to Pictometry.com before Google Earth started using them. I uploaded those photos from Pictometry for our members here and I provided a link for everyone to view them back on Thread #6 of these discussions.

I'm not so sure. This isn't his usual M.O. in terms of how he abducts women, nor was this woman typical of the type of victim he seems to go after. I also think that the LISK would have been arrogant enough to tell her that he was the LISK to send a message to the police.

Whoever this was seems as though he didn't put a whole lot of caution into what he was doing. He let his victim see him and his car. He picked his victim randomly, as well, which makes it seem more impulsive to me.

I wouldn't be surprised if this guy gets arrested by the end of the week.
