Everything I've seen about him says he's an osteopath. I thought that was more like a chiropractor/holistic practitioner.

ABC reporter said he was a former police surgeon. Could be that he is currently practicing osteopathy, but is an MD.

Where did he treat her? In NJ? On Long Island in his treatment center (is that his home)? If true that he treated her-she just happened upon an addiction physician in the same gated community where she worked a job the night she disappears. One with a graveyard full of sex workers.

Just fancy that, a "treatment center" for prostitutes located right in the place where she disappeared.

Ok, LE is having a press conference tomorrow at 1pm. They are either close to an arrest or are pleading for the public's help. I think the former.

I think the Dr. is 100% innocent and that JB, who knows everyone in the development, used his name to assuage the worried family of SG. They were in full damage control and wanted to take the heat off and send the family on their merry way.

Everything points to JB and I think he had accomplices. As I said before, this whole driver issue is really murky. I think LE will clean that up tomorrow. I want to know who the Asian guy is. I wan't to know why JB tole SG's sister that he told SG that she looked nothing like her picture and told her to leave, when we know she was there at least 3 hours. A lot of inconsistencies and a lot that points to JB.

I happen to think that if SG had a driver that night he was outside the gate and not aware of the exact address of JB. I think the gig was arranged through an Asian escort ring and JB procured women through this in the past.

If it's not JB, it's a guest of his. I think they knew he would/could lawyer up easily and deemed him "not a suspect" early on so they could get their ducks in a row. But I think he was a suspect from Day One, all roads are leading to him imo. I guess we'll know more tomorrow.

On another note, as far as what went on that night. I thing she was drugged, and came to and saw either pictures/footage that freaked her out, or some sort of evidence that she was about to be a victim and climbed out a bathroom window. JB summoned the Asian to get her while he got rid of evidence, with the assumption that LE would show up. Of course, they would have no reason to search his house yet, because she's not missing yet. Of course, she saw some bad things so they have to get her. And I think they did. Why she left the old man's house is a mystery, but maybe she thought she could get to the driver if he was on the other side of the gate.

I just heard on a local radio news station (880am) that the Dr said he had treated her, he tried everything he could to help her. That she needed to be in rehab. I'll listen to it again.

The bodies all facing east...this could lead to the SK being religious. Since the victims were call girls, perhaps as like most SK they deem them sinful and maybe in his own sick way wanted to put them out of the misery. Then burying them EAST, since in christianity it is believed that burying in the east is for when Jesus returns at the end of time that he will come from the east therefore he will find the victims.

You know I kind of thought about the same thing, I just didn't want to say it.

I thought that could have been another reason why he was so against prostitutes. He called one a when on the phone with her sister..

Not to mention VERY close to the place where at least 4 other prostitutes were found murdered (probably more, but so far only 4 confirmed as such). It really sounds like the call was made by the SK, whether the SK is PH or not, I have no clue.

A Hackett comes up at 47 Larboard, another at 48 Larboard.

News reports say Peter H. is an EX-doctor. Doctor search shows Charles Peter as currently practicing family medicine in Oak Beach with privileges at a hospital in Plainview.

We'll all find out soon enough.

I highly doubt the doctor even saw SG that night.

Well at the very least, the police will be able to look at phone records to see who made the call.

If it was made from another prepaid untraceable phone, then SG is definitely related to all of this.

At that point though, I would be pretty amazed to find out that she wasn't. A few days ago I was thinking that it was just a really strange coincidence, but not anymore.

Brewer is the man who contacted Craig's List and had Shannen delivered to his house to "party" on the night she disappeared. Supposedly he has been cleared as a suspect.

If PH didn't make the call, then the killer must have -- but that implies that the killer is quite familiar with the people and activities of the community.

I agree. I would need to believe that the SK went through all of the trouble to literally pluck Shannan from the grounds of that complex where she happened to be doing sex related work that early morning, and where he, an SK, happens to also bury the bodies of his sex worker victims literally in the backyard of the said complex. And then, he researches the residents of said gated community to find an LE and Medical related individual to...nope, not buying it tonight.

One more thing, what are the odds that JB, a man who lives in the same neighborhood as PH, would meet with an escort at his house and then the woman would run from JB's house and just happens to end up running towards the house of a doctor/serial killer of prostitutes? Makes no sense.

I seriously doubt this doctor is the sk. It ain't him. I'm sure I would fumble over words in a news interview too. Plus, he must be experiencing some level of embarrassment to even be remotely involved in such a heinous case.

But!

The call happened last May before media attention and way before the discovery of bodies. Apparently the sk used a throw away cell phone when the mother was called. How else could the doctor confidently deny making the call to the Shannon's family and LE? I'm sure the mother saved the phone number from the doctor and I'm sure LE traced it and it didn't lead to the doctor otherwise he would be proven to be a liar or somebody from his house made the call.

You see, I attempted after the "But!" to explore the angle of him being the sk but my train of thought got side - swiped. I guess it boils down to: Why would the doctor if he is the sk call the mother and give his real name and tell a lie that Shannon was with him and he helps people like her and then deny it when personally confronted? He didn't put Shannon on Gilgo beach as far as we know which eliminates any concern of his in terms of finding her, so why would he authentically make such a call?

Forget about it being the doctor. It was the sk who made the call just to mess with people and we know that he is not above behaving like that. There wasn't even a need for the sk to do such a thing other than manipulate, taunt and cause pain to loved ones.

I would be interested in knowing all construction, landscaping, past and present residents in that community's background. I know we cannot do this but something tells me that the SK is either the DR himself, or someone that lives, lived, worked in that neighborhood. Perhaps he got his victims to come to the Dr. House as a ruse, and met them on the entrance to the community?

Wonder if someone has a beef not only with prostitutes but the Dr too?

This is a cleaver SK if you ask me....he is doing some things that are so A-typical of what we would read SK doing. Then we get a twist of something else.

Example: The SK would have us or LE believe that it is a religious type hate of prostitutes. Which is stereotypical of SK we have all heard and read about. Then this SK wants LE to look at the DR...I don't think this is to throw them off the track of finding the SK but rather, this is a cat and mouse game he is playing with LE. Also stereotypical. Don't forget calling a family member too.

Burlap Sacks I bet had writing on them....probably has meaning but only LE would know this and has not told the public. My guess is this SK has left all kinds of clues but they all are typical past SK MO type stuff.

This SK is patient, thought process he can see few steps in advance, more than normal people is what I mean.

I'm willing to bet that this guy is so far away from any of these clues that he is trying us to go towards.

Who knows, maybe more information tomorrow. I would love to hear what exactly the full FBI profile of this SK is.

I couldn't agree more with your post. It's something I thought about as well. Additionally, I think there's an unknown guest that has yet to be revealed, as LE probably has kept his name out of the media in order to place surveillance on him and gather more evidence. I also think in addition to the Asian, the drifter, and JB, the unknown man could quite possibly be a member of the OB CA, perhaps even the man in picture on the boat, the one who looks alot like the AC SK sketch. I know JB has packed up and shipped out for a while, but I wonder if LE specifically told him no more media appearances. Whatever went on that night, SG is the key to this whole thing. She's the one who blew up this whole game for the SK and company, and her body is in a different location because of that. I believe the SK is a charasmatic, social guy, who has no trouble fitting in, in any circumstance. He is probably a leader, an egomaniac, and a great manipulator. I think he had knowledge and access to disposal materials, knowledge and access to beaches and other areas, and his name has not been mentioned in the media yet.
