According to that article the address is 251-26 Northern Blvd. I also see it listed as 25126 Northern Blvd, Little Neck NY 11362.
Yes it’s supposed to be 251-26 but 25126 is the same.. My address has a dash but I have noticed many pieces of mail in recent years have come to me with out the dash. It’s call lazy ..ha!

Oh yes I remember that case. Oh yes it is sad.
Iam still blown away how nobody smelled a thing here.

I wonder if the previous occupant returned home from the hospital unnoticed, and then succumbed to her illness?

Previous reports state that she only moved out last Monday, though. That's not enough time for her to have returned, died, and been mummified. She's been described as morbidly obese, so I think they'd know if it was her. Other reports just say 'earlier this month' but still, not enough time for it to be her I think.

I'd personally bet that this is the previous tenant's mother/aunt/sister/friend. Said tenant had lived there for 20 years.

I'm finding it hard to reconcile a call to EMS for an unconscious person with mummified, or even badly decomposed, remains.

There can be a fair amount of miscommunication/errors in those first, often frantic minutes. Doesn’t seem terribly odd to me. JMO.

Oh I am not surprised. The other night on Citizens Report it showed up Someone called the police the because they saw a raccoon “running loose”. o_O Yep needless to say it became a hit.

Guessing that the realtor dialed 911 and reported finding 'a body' or something like that. Ambulance sent as there didn't seem to be any further threat?

Wonder if we'll hear of any progress. Who was the tenant prior to the most recent person? Has LE located the most recent, evicted tenant?
