It will be recommended that he be sentenced to 20 years in prison, to be followed by 10 years of post-release supervision.

Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler announced that 31-year-old Kevin Cholula, of New Windsor, pleaded guilty on Thursday to two counts of first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child.
