Max Telesford, 50, was last seen around 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 19 at his residence, located at 109-24 203rd St.

He was described as standing 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with a “very thin” build, medium complexion, brown eyes, and graying beard and hair.

Telesford was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black sweater.
