Police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing 19 year old.
Michael Marcil was last seen wearing a black Pikachu t-shirt and red athletic shorts. He was last seen around the Calvert Boulevard area around 10 a.m. Friday.
He is a white male. He is about 6'2" and has brown hair and blue eyes. He weighs about 300 pounds.
