And he says he was "set up" for this stalking charge. This guy is such a vindictive lunatic. Dangerous. It's just a matter of time before he hurts someone else. He's on Twitter engaging in raging arguments with people. Smh. I don't know how some people believe that he's innocent.

Yup, how did this not surprise me? His own conscious can't live himself. It causes him to act out.

Oh, the main person he's getting argumentative with is me. Shocked that he tweeted me but what I really wanted to do was get his explanation for the blood.

So far his explanations:

It's her DNA, skin cells and saliva on top of the blood, not her blood.

Michele cut her hand on ice (left out that he pushed her over).

Michele had a nose bleed.

Both experts testified the over 50 sub-millimeter drop lets could have could from Michele sneezing or coughing up blood.

Absolutely everyone has blood in their house are you serious?

Transfer stain is from band aid with Michele's DNA, he claims.

So all these events occurred in the same area over the years? If it's so common to find blood, why didn't the investigators find it in other parts of the house? Why not DNA from other family members.

He buries himself with every tweet.

I asked why Michele's family and friends are so dead set on his guilt. He responds "Easy they only know what Sue Mulvey tells them." (Total BS because they were at every trial and saw everything about Stewart).

I pointed out that the entire Stewart alternative-perpetrater theory is based on speculation, conjecture and above all hearsay and Cal says straight up "I proved Stacy Stewart killed Michele."
I pointed out that the judge denied every question almost because it's all hearsay.

Look at how black he is dressed in the above photo. He still has two harassment cases pending too and tweeted just wait for trial when I get these two bogus harassment charges dropped. I got witnesses. I told him oh I bet you do.

Cal Harris was convicted of harassment after a short trial.

Cal Harris, whose fourth trial in his wife's murder ended in an acquittal, has been found guilty of harassing a man in the Village of Owego last year.
Following a trial on a second-degree harassment violation, acting Owego Village Justice Lynn Craig found Harris, 55, of Spencer, guilty in connection with the March 5, 2015 confrontation with a student who was taking an American history class through a SUNY Broome Community College satellite location.
Sentencing for Harris has been scheduled for Sept. 7 in Owego village court.
Harris was found not guilty in May, after his fourth second-degree murder trial in the Sept. 11, 2001, death of his estranged wife, Michele, whose body has never been found.
Separately, he faces a misdemeanor stalking charge in Oneonta, for alleged threats in early June against a state police investigator who was involved in the murder case. Harris is expected to return to Oneonta Town Court in September for further proceedings on that charge.

On Monday, the Tioga County District Attorney's Office issued a brief news release that announced an Aug. 23 written verdict decision by Craig in the Owego harassment incident, and cited "numerous press inquiries" regarding the status of the case as the reason for issuing the release.
An Owego police report outlined the circumstances of the March 5, 2015, harassment incident, which happened in the midst of Harris' third trial.
The victim told officers he was attending a history class at the Tioga County Office Building that afternoon and the Harris case was referenced during a discussion, according to the report.
Court papers say the victim mentioned "he thought Harris would get off," and one of Harris' daughters in the rear of the classroom stated that was her father they were talking about. The instructor immediately changed the conversation and Harris' daughter later left the class, police said.
According to a police report, the class had been discussing a 1920s criminal case where venue was changed and the defendant might have "got off."
The man who mentioned the Harris case in the classroom — court records did not identify him — apologized to the instructor if he had upset anyone. Harris later confronted the man as he left the office building, court papers say.
"Victim stated that (Cal) Harris was shouting profanities at him and threatened him that he would get him," police said in a report. "Victim also indicated that Harris had brushed up against him several times in an attempt to get him to fight while pointing his fingers in his face."
According to police, the victim later told officers "he felt threatened for his physical safety."

Harris has denied any wrongdoing in the Oneonta case and said the misdemeanor charge is another example of state law enforcement's abusive tactics against him. State police have declined to comment about the pending case.
"This is a feeble attempt by (state police) to get even," Harris told reporters June 10, the day after his arrest in Oneonta.

From the looks of these posts, it's obvious that this guy cannot keep his rage in check-we all know he killed his wife. As for "good old boy clubs", well, isn't that how he managed to get trial after trial, until he finally got his acquittal?

It wasn't but they used many resources and spent much time making sure she was not there. Sonar, dogs in boats, divers and infrared were all used.

Calvin Harris, 56, of Owego, is charged with misdemeanor DWI with a blood alcohol content level of .13 percent, the violation of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and other traffic violations. Police say just before 8 p.m. Friday, troopers responded to a hit and run accident on Interstate 81 in the town of Preble, Cortland County. The person who reported it to 911 said a GMC Sierra pickup truck had sideswiped their vehicle while both vehicles were headed southbound on I-81, and they said the pickup truck continued southbound and then took Exit 12 off of the interstate.

He was issued tickets returnable to Town of Preble Court on Jan. 9, 2018.

This guy has local connections, money, and no conscience. I’m sure he found some way to get them dropped, outside of normal legal procedures. He is a miserable, murdering .
