Nathaniel A. Strong, age 32, was last seen at Plaza Liquor in Albion Tuesday afternoon around 1 p.m., deputies say.
Investigators tell News10NBC, he had left his home in Kent to go to Albion for an AA meeting with a friend named Dennis but it's not clear if he made it.
He has not been seen or hear from since.
Deputies say he normally wears a green Northface jacket. He is 6-foot-2-inches tall, with light brown hair and blue eyes.
Strong suffers from diabetes, a seizure disorder along with a traumatic brain injury.
