I noticed a lot of the cases in nyc where the people end up taken to the hospital they never have clothes info. It’s so weird

That's because the hospital likely did not retain the clothes or a description of them, so they never made it to the medical examiner; you've probably also noticed at least a few where the listed clothing was just "hospital gown" too for similar reasons. This happens a lot across all states and time periods.

I was at least hoping for a photo seeing as he has a recognizable face. I hope he’s identified soon. 🕊️

Oh Interesting i never thought of that. I always thought they would end up at the morgue with their clothing especially the ones that had just died.

I don’t recall seeing any that say “hospital gown “ in nyc profiles just no description of any clothing at all. The only people I recall with hospital gown listed as their clothing have been unidentified people/remains found outdoors in or rapped in a hospital gown .

I’ve seen it a few times. I’ve even seen notes from PD stating clothing unknown, discarded by the Hospital Staff. I can see how in the hospital, recording/taking note of clothing is likely not a priority.
