Well our MariJane Doe's page is still up, so I'm assuming it wasn't a match there, so we still have her identity to figure out. It looked really good, though.

Interesting case. I agree she has a similar look to Marinelly. The scar on her abdomen could be a C-section scar; the fact that it's transverse means she likely had the C-section done post 1980s (when they were usually done vertically).

I checked NYS court records which shows no active cases, and the inmate finder for Riker's Island - she is not listed there either. I also tried NYS parole and NYS prisons. She is not listed anywhere.

Hmmmm..... Close. The face shape is right but the noses look really different to me. Can't hurt to check around and try to find out if she is still wanted or in prison before suggesting her to the authorities.

I'm sorry but I don't agree...women plug eyesbrows...lighting of a picture can make a huge difference...wouldn't go on that one...

You could be right about the nose...but if it was pressed down (like it seem in UID's picture) I'm not sure what the "outcome" could have been.....

Yes, that is true. I also thought the face and nose could be puffy from after death. I can't figure out if the above woman is in prison. Maybe someone else can help with that?

She is not listed as active in any part of the NYS court or prison system, unless she is listed under another name (or her name was misspelled - this happened to my ex - his case got thrown out because they listed him as Johnn instead of John!)
