So much love for President Trump. In an extremist kind of way.

Cesar is like that one 'ride or die' friend everyone should have. (I do not mean this literally)

I'm glad the bombs were fakes and hes been found.

Trump condemned the packages sent to “high profile figures” but didn’t mention them by name. The targets, all Trump critics, include Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Rep. Maxine Waters, Sen. Cory Booker, and financier George Soros. Two packages were addressed to CNN, which Trump has continued to attack since the bomb scare.

Cesar Sayoc: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know
According to online records, Sayoc is a registered Republican, registering with the GOP in Florida in March 2016. On his LinkedIn page, Sayoc says that his grandfather, Col. Baltazar Zook Sayoc, was a martial arts practitioner who developed his own style of fighting, Sayoc Kali. Sayoc says that style was used to fight the Communist Party of the Philippines. There is a detailed website about the fighting style.

(Link also includes details of his criminal history.)

I wonder if it was DNA that busted him on one of the latest bombs? Given his criminal record he would be in the system.

One reporter on CNN said DNA on the bombs and another said it was a fingerprint. With his history one fingerprint is all it would take.

This guy lived and was arrested in Florida. Some of these packages were sent through the mail, but there were some that were delivered by courier in NYC (at least the first one to CNN). So how did that happen...help from someone else? Why did some of these packages have no postmarks? Curious.

2002 arrest for "threat to bomb" "threaten to discharge device."
What was that about, I wonder. Bomb to a specific person or maybe a certain type of building.

eta:

Sayoc was sentenced in August 2002 for threatening to throw a bomb in a conversation with a Florida utility representative, according to Ronald Lowy, a Miami attorney who represented him. Dade County court records showed Sayoc served a year's probation after a judge signed a discharge certificate in November 2002.
Documents show bomb suspect Cesar Sayoc has criminal record

So far officials and sources are suggesting he's the lone wolf type. But for sure anyone close to him saw that van and knew something wasn't right.

“My instinct is it’s going to basically be this individual acting on his own behalf,” Andrew Cuomo said.

“This is just a lesion on the body, not the virus, and if we don’t stop this political mania, this fervor, rancor, hatred, you’ll see this again, and again, and again,” Cuomo said.

I can't believe he was driving around in that creepy van with crosshairs over all of those faces and nobody thought it might be suspicious. Good Lord.

California authorities are investigating a package addressed to Tom Steyer, a billionaire Democratic donor, that bore similarities to the devices sent to other Trump critics, CNN reported.

Another package found in CA sent to billionaire Tom Steyer. I think this is now 14. How many more packages are out there?

There will be copycat crimes. Except these will use more-sophisticated devices.
