New FB page (looks to not be associated with the other one - and maybe even set up by some people who jumped/were kicked off the other FB page)

I believe Sara is the one that was deleted from "the" FB page the other night.

I am not thinking Rob took off on his own. as I have stated numberous times, I think someone else was involved. Do I think it is possible he went willingly? Absolutely! Do I believe that is the case? no. I think there is something crucial everyone is missing about the 3 items being in different places. Hidden meaning? Not my thinking. Planned to be found? Maybe. But no mysterious hidden meanings. Of course I could be wrong..... nothing In this case is Absolute or clear... one thing I am convinced of is that LE knows more than they can reveal still.

I keep thinking about the reference to Gone Girl that someone made back when there was a presser and IM saying 'We'll keep you safe' as was said in the book. (I don't have the time to look for the post, but it was what prompted me to read the book in the first place). Anyway, one of the other things in the book is a treasure hunt of sorts (I don't want to spoil the story for anyone who hasn't read it). It's probably nothing but it keeps niggling at the back of my brain.

If the sexes were reversed, wife missing, her phone, money, purse and cash left behind...there is no question in my mind what the primary scenario would be for most or at least many people. JMO

Speaking of role reversals, how about a gal who fears something is going to happen to her on a hastily planned trip outside the US... more so if trip is to be by ship..

Oh yeah. I've said this many times.

And yet we are thinking up dozens of possible reasons why Rob is gone with only his wife to tell the story, from road rage to car jackings to suicide to job-related plots to secret affairs.

I have to wonder if Rob was the one telling the story about his suddenly vanished wife, seemingly controlling all of the details, etc. what the consensus would be JMO.

quick question of the neighbors video.

do homeowners often review their security footage (if nothing has happened to THEIR home?) who asked this homeowner to review their video? why would anyone think to check it, considering there were no signs of RM going home. did the phone in fact ping from that area and we're just not given that info yet? I just don't see why anyone would think to watch this tape unless they knew something we don't. especially since IM states she would normally be home during this time.

First thought that popped into my head is that its SOP now for cops to check the block for security cameras. So many people have them now, not unusual to be on a check list.

Would have to think LE would want to check security footage of nearby houses especially if a spouse claims to be home and that her hubby hasn't come come - since it would present a really good "gotcha moment" to catch the spouse in a lie...

Good question! I also wonder if the Mayer home had a security alarm.

I wondered that too, and if they do, why hasn't That been released? Or has it??
Maybe that will be the next info released.
Maybe if they had an alarm/security system, it was conveniently disabled?
IMOO.

So many women are still missing (decades) in scenarios like this. Their cars were either found in the driveway or found at an airport or another public transportation area when they disappeared. It appears most of these cases, the estranged husbands/boyfriends claimed their wives left with another man or had just taken off. Of course, most of these women left all their possessions (including purse) behind as well as their kids . . .

I'm not saying this is what happened to RM, but there are similar elements in this case as you suggest.

Seriously, go check this page out....."Bill" seems to know quite a bit about RM...

Great! Two new bits of info shared. RM didn't like to fly (Italy trip) and his car's trunk didn't lock, so that is why it was empty.

What is the Facebook name of the page so I can search?

Wonder how much an airline ticket to Italy is???? Would $300.00 cover it?
