The Rochester Police Department is looking for this suspect who used Samuel's bank card.

Police say his bank card was stolen and used at an ATM near Lake and Ridgeway Avenues around the time of his disappearance. The camera at the machine captured an image of the person shown above.

Are we to assume the perp was using victim’s car while at the atm? Certainly looks like he’s in a car in those images..
I think that if they were to show the footage and the pics on the news in that area they’d get some good tips- between the quality of the images and the mannerisms and the accessories (the gloves, hat, glasses, watch, oh and those bright white stylish skinny jeans) someone’s bound to realize they know this man..

ATM cctv and the other Cctv looks like same perp caught on both camera's. He is wearing a NYC base ball cap type hat. Covering his face in the above ATM coverage when using Samuels debit card. The over cctv of man near Samuels burned out SUV shows perp near located vechile of Samuel. Question is where is this POI in Florida where Samuels vechile was located or in Rochester NY where Sam's body was located. Justice for Samuel.
