Crazy.
I know of someone who was served in county jail and it was no issue at all - intake took them and gave them to the individual who was being served. The lawyer who drew up the papers said it was the best way to serve them as they couldn't get out of it!

Exactly, it’s jail. No place to run and hide, though some have attempted to. He thinks the rules don’t apply to him.

It’s reported that he gave them drugs to extend the unnatural amount of time that they were sexually engaged with him. So I’m sure he gave them a mix of drugs that made it possible.
