“Indeed, the entire premise of the Documentary assumes that Mr. Combs has committed numerous heinous crimes, including serial murder, rape of minors, and sex trafficking of minors, and attempts to crudely psychologize him,” the complaint reads. “It maliciously and baselessly jumps to the conclusion that Mr. Combs is a ‘monster’ and ‘an embodiment of Lucifer’ with ‘a lot of similarities’ to Jeffrey Epstein.”

As far as The Fall of Diddy, it's a hard watch. Very good but hard to hear about the abuse and see some of it as well. I cannot imagine that he is innocent of any of the charges...

That translates as ‘he paid her to drop it’. He was really intense about it when it first happened and then he was totally silent. Something was in the works during the silence (in my opinion).
yep I was think settlement with NDA

Defense attorneys accused the government of a racist prosecution because, they argued, "no white person has ever been the target of a remotely similar prosecution."
Sean 'Diddy' Combs was 'singled out' because he's Black, defense says

now it's because Sean is black that he is being persecuted. Is it any wonder that defense attorneys get so much grief from the public? I could never do that job. Makes my skin crawl to think of having to defend people with such garbage arguments.

they are specifically claiming that the prostitution/white slavery act is being used against him when it never gets used on white defendants and that because the feds have charged Combs with that specific charge it means they are racist.

It is their job to come up with some kind of defense, They will start throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks. JMO

Ricco made it in the court document obtained by The Mirror US that even though he has " provided Sean Combs with the high level of legal representation expected by the court, under no circumstances" could he continue to "effectively serve as counsel for Sean Combs, consistent with the ABA Standards for Criminal Justice."
P Diddy's lawyer dramatically quits the case with mysterious 14-word statement

Ricco said that he would be providing no details to support the application, adding that government prosecutors had been notified and didn't take a stance.

Tony Ricco has been an attorney for 4 decades and I imagine he has seen the worst of humanity since he has worked 45 death penalty cases. (I would suffer from chronic anxiety and depression if I had to read all those case files.) If the aforementioned attorney says he "can not go on under any circumstance"...he must have some pretty compelling reasons. I hope the judge understands and lets TR walk away from this scandalous case. IMO (of course)

TikTok is wilding over this case. I keep seeing references to a certain charge against Combs that I can find no actual substantiation exists. Of course those creators are linking Ricco withdrawing to that but I am curious as to what the actual reasoning behind his withdrawal was. Ricco has represented the worst humanity has to offer, why is he under no circumstances able to continue to represent Diddy? We will never know but I will never stop wondering.

Hi, As a black person, I disagree. If he transported the women for sex, its cut and dry. There may be some unconscious bias, but it makes no sense to say it is a racially based crime. When folks do things like this, it's hard to get the attention necessary when there is a real racially based crime.

Defense claim that the Mann Act hasn't been used against white people are a lie anywho, per wiki that was one of Ghislaine's charges and prior to that a number of white men were charged with that crime. So the defense claims that this has only been leveled at Diddy because he is a prominent black man are patently false. MOO

According to the latest Sean "Diddy" Combs civil case in the SDNY docket, Combs allegedly threatened a male escort after forced sex: "If I can get Pac hit, what the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 do you think can happen to you?"
