How would he know at 6 years old what pot smoking and boozed up looks like? He would have to have had prior knowledge to identify them.

Judge Arun Subramanian already presides over the DOJ's massive Ticketmaster anti-trust case. Combs now has a third judge to try his bail arguments on.
That would surprise me because he is a danger to the victims and to those who will testify against him.
He has done horrific things so what’s to stop him from threatening anyone who stands up to him?
It can’t be ruled out that he can pay someone to kill anyone who is a threat to his freedom.
He has to be filled with hate and rage because he is locked up like a trapped animal.
The judge would be foolish to release him. If I were part of this as a witness I would be fearful.

Well, at the time he probably didnt. Im sure he was told by his parents since then. Im sure its been a topic of conversation over the last 30 years.
Prosecutors and lawyers for Sean "Diddy" Combs have agreed on a protective order regarding case discovery that specifies sealed material will not be posted online, "including any social media site such as Facebook or Twitter."

“It’s triggering,” said one of the insiders. “It feels like a betrayal and a violation, and it’s causing a lot of issues. It brings up some really disturbing and bad memories.”
More than one person is hawking the incriminating footage, which shows a man who appears to be Combs having sex with a younger male, who appears to be the A-lister. Both of their faces are clearly visible in the footage.

I don't think they can at this point. IF tapes exist and are being shopped, and I suspect that is true, it is only a matter of time MOO before they are on the web. The problem with extortion is a mark is dealing with untrustworthy individuals who are asking said mark to trust that they won't release said tapes after the requested fee has been paid.

Wow. I tend to have the view that these types of awards lose their value when given out to those who haven't done anything of real service to others. JMO
