The music producer’s team filed the documents Sunday ... asking the judge to expedite the process of responding to Diddy's motion for a gag order because one witness -- a man named Courtney Burgess -- has given multiple interviews in recent days.

I have seen many of Mr. Burgess' interviews and was surprised to see him discussing the case. I found him credible, but yea, he should probably just hold his peace until later and then he can go on a book tour. For now, press tour is not a good idea IMO

translation: Does my client like to get freaky deaky? Yes. Does that make him a bad man? No, all of those people wanted to be there being freaky deaky with him. That isn't sex trafficking. Why is the FBI so interested in what happens in my client's bedroom? They are bad.

This is an interesting point. When does it go from a consenting adults party, to a non consenting traveling and trafficking agency. Arent they also trying to RICO Diddy and his shell companies? All the connections to celebrities and celebrity money (Britney spears, Aaron Carter, etc.) are starting to look like the beginnings of a RICO case. But I think the question is what charge is the highest and can get him the most amount of time. I believe the connections to the Aaron Carter, Kim Porter, and attempted murder of Kid Cudi would be open and shut cases IMHO.

In regards to the Interagency Operation at the facility where P Diddy is being housed. Money and power are far reaching. And its JMO, that if Diddy doesn't make bail he will at least be moved.

For sure. He has already made enough complaints to have an inter-agency investigation going on. I thought that this was interesting bc SBF is in the same jail,has complained about conditions, and nothing has happened. I thought SBF had more money than Diddy but I guess not lol; It's only a matter of time for this to all explode.

A lot of people do not believe her story, and they also don't believe another victim named Ashley Carter. Check those two out. You can tell they have been through it; but the details that they give about their experiences are WAYYY too specific; and detailed for you to not believe there's some truth to what they both say.

Yes! The victim gets traumatized again when they have to explain their personal situation with no guarantee of justice. Darts being thrown at them to make them look like they are making this stuff up.

It’s awful that they have to mentally relive the trauma. It opens up wounds of the past.

Yet, another concern is that they have to be careful about others who can harm them to prevent them from testifying.
