I hope CF has a great criminal defense attorney that ensures every I is dotted and every T is crossed. That his legal rights are afforded to him. That the states evidence is challenged appropriately. I hope CF gets a fair “to the book” trial so he can rot in prison and day dream about the “has been” he became without any fear of an appeal or some BS technicality causing a problem.

I’m usually cautious with my wording but not in this case. This is done. IMO

He doesnt even count as a has been, more like a wanna be, he made it past one audition and thats it.

I think he is one of these empty people who can't truly bond with anyone, can't feel deep love, nor can he see the value of others beyond what they can do for him.

Men almost never leave (or worse) their girlfriend or wife unless they have found someone new, so there is probably a girlfriend.

I hope people will give her grace unless it becomes clear she knew anything, because he probably told her something like he was getting ready for a divorce and just trying to ease the transition for his daughters.

Coroner denies release of preliminary autopsy report in Tipp City woman’s case

The Miami County Coroner’s Office has denied 2 NEWS’ request for the preliminary autopsy report on Ashley Flynn, the Tipp City woman who was shot and killed early Monday, Feb. 16.

The coroner, William N. Ginn, wrote that he will not release the preliminary autopsy findings because the county prosecutor has told him he is not required to do so.

“Per our County Prosecutor, the information from the Preliminary Autopsy in our state is not required to be released as Public Knowledge. Thus, I will not be releasing the autopsy findings per his direction,” wrote Ginn.

This request, and ones like it, can be denied under Ohio Revised Code Section 313.10. This is typically done if officials believe sharing the information is not in the public’s best interest at the current time.

Flynn’s death is under active investigation.

IMO, there will not be a public release of the complete AA, or the autopsy report until after Flynn's preliminary hearing-- which is currently for Thursday.

A preliminary hearing for Flynn is scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26.

He was also listed as VP of sales at her dad's company....in divorce scenario, he would lose his job, and look like the "bad guy." Vs. as a widower he gets to be the victim and hero as a single dad to the girls who lost his spouse. Her parents must have loved him, trusted him, and felt their daughter was safe with him. It’s all so disgusting what this guy has done. He was a total fraud. I’m thankful the girls lives were spared. It’s so sad.

Yes, that or substances imo. The amount of time it took for LE to build a strong case is among the fastest I’ve seen and real no attempt to cover his tracks, just a halfhearted lie. It’s so bizarre and jarring and sad. His wife and children deserved so much better. MOO

I think he just didn't plan it out for very long and committed a panicked, disorganized crime. The motive(s) will become apparent. JMO.

Naah, this was an execution with a "poor me" story, something way more typical. His motive was probably simply getting rid of her to be with a new gf (as church men like that think cheating, abuse and murder are fine, as you can pretend these did not happen, but divorce is a sin, since it's got your signature on it). And maybe he wanted to also benefit from hear death financially (insurance) or emotionally (anger and contempt towards his wife).

Why was it so badly done? I think he is plain old not-the-brightest, mixed with arrogance (a huge ego) and low emotional intelligence. He might have acted impulsively on that specific night, if his gf was hinting about leaving him or if he had a huge fight with his wife that night. But until we have neither, I think it was planned. He is just that bad at planning.
