Doesn’t it seem a little odd that yesterday they said they couldn’t reach a verdict on count one and now with very little deliberation this morning they have one? It sounds like someone (or several someones) just wanted this to be over and gave up whatever view(s) they had yesterday to go along with others instead of truly deliberating. I’m a bit concerned about that.

He'll get off on most, they will include a minor charge but he's too 'popular' for them to find him guilty of the major. The jurors know they can be found. Intimidation at its finest. IMO

On CNN it sounds like 2 years is the minimum and ten the maximum. I don't know if it can be waived.

I assume he will be given the customary credit for time served as well

Personally, I think he is ruined. at least reputation wise.

I think the government wanted the RICO and racketeering stuff so badly because then his assets are subject to permanent seizure.

Instead he will serve minimum, if any time, have some fines to pay which he can well afford, and he walks away back to his privileged lifestyle, still feeling above the law.

At least the world now knows about his little tootsie roll. Can't unring that bell Nancy Grace discussing his tootsie roll will ever live rent free in my head.
