So... apparently it's possible to discover long-voluntary missing people fairly easily, if they will just get arrested (and, of course, providing they haven't legally changed their names); because that's when they have to give it up.

respectfully snipped/shortened. Since he was a current inmate yesterday I wonder if his originating local LE agency was notified, and his family? I also wonder where he is headed from the County Jail? If my theory was correct that he was trespassing in a shelter, will he go back?

According to his arrest affidavit, an officer located Sean “underneath a pew on a balcony” at a church (the address matches the location of Central Christian Church Orlando) after the police responded to a call stating the caller “had been made aware of a transient trespasser living within the building on Saturday.” The pastor apparently recognized Sean as he had “been trespassed from the building before by Orlando Police Officers.” The affidavit goes on to say Sean “returning to the church after having received a trespass warning is in violation of F.S.S. 810.08 (1) Trespass Structure after Warning,” as well as “He stated he returned because he had nowhere else to go” (the affidavit lists his street address as “homeless” in the city of Orlando) .

It appears he had his first appearance yesterday and bonded out of jail early this morning. His next court date is scheduled for May 14th.

Just found all this info and did a deep dive and I’m just concerned about the whole thing. My other coworker is currently dating him. He’s know as a weird dude by many people at work.
