Are those prison shoes that Matt has on with his white socks?

IMO a better question might be "does anyone seriously think the guy in that photo went through a 24" ANYTHING recently?" But that's just my opinion.

Matt as 6 feet tall and weighing 210 pounds. He has black hair and hazel eyes, officials said. He has a tattoo on his back that says “Mexico Forever,” hearts tattooed on his chest and left shoulder and a Marine Corps insignia tattooed on his right, according to the police.

Sweat is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds, the police said. He has brown hair and green eyes, and tattoos on his left biceps and his right fingers, according to the police.

IMO, they have to cover up all tats constantly

fabvab-I think the photo is the "tourist look" socks and sandals. Many of our European relatives arrive in Canada with that look. Only with a camera around their necks too :happydance:

Does the photo make him look fatter than he really is? I remember when I first got a wide picture TV that sometimes it seemed to squish the pic vertically making the actors appear much heavier than they really were. Just speculating.

I think the bigger question is could they have easily used a power tool inside of a 24" pipe with the restricted movement you would have. If the escaped happened this way the 165 LB Sweat probably the one who was able to do it.

I don't think anyone does think a guy that large could. But who is to say that that isn't a disguise and that he has created a fake stomach under there. (All the better to stash a Canada Goose have in, no?)

I think it's a long shot that it's them but I'm not quite ready to completely write off the possibility.
