$$$$$$$$$$$$. Think about the report, if true, about a CO there selling inmates cellphones for $1,000. Leave aside everything else. Why would the CO believe any inmate would have $1,000 to spend on a phone?

Not rumors: CO's didn't have to go through metals detectors or security anywhere along the line, including at the front gate. Listen to Palmer who complains he doesn't get paid enough to do his job right. Lax doesn't begin to describe what was going on, but a mutually beneficial arrangement about contraband of every kind does describe some possibilities very well. And no, I doubt NY taxpayers will ever be told the full truth.

Sources confirm for us that as of 7:30 (3 minutes ago) David Sweat still not captured, and there are no reports of injuries to any LE who are involved
