I can't imagine what his son is going through, whatever his father did or how he feels about his father. Can you imagine watching the news as your father is cornered and shot to death and knowing people are relieved and happy he's dead?

And at the end of the day - that is a truth. All those guys have (remember I worked in a prison) have to have listenied to correction officers all day 24/7. As you all are disocvering , , this mirrors what I experienced - 92% of the corrections officers IMO, during those years, should have been janitors, were much more patholgogical than the guys.


Basically a sick group with power /control issues - sorry just sharing

I will not EVER, for any reason, rejoice over someone's death. I don't care what a person has done or who they are. They are still someone's family and there are people who will be saddened by it. This is a sad ending to a sad situation IMO.

I am not sure about this - in the interview I saw he had pretty well distanced himself from bio dad -- quite some time ago. YOu could get into but it is your dad, but often that is not really how it goes down. The kid was, IMO, by this point in his life , pretty "OK" with his distance and had moved on IMO
