Relatives are desperately searching for a woman who vanished from her Jamaica home.

Sephora Desgrottes, 22, was last seen leaving her residence on Woodhull Avenue near 195th Street at 8:56 a.m. on March 19, said her father, Jude Desgrottes.

Sephora suffers from schizophrenia.

“We are very worried,” he said. “She doesn’t have any money and has no medication on her.”

She stands 5-foot-7 and weighs about 260 pounds, and was last seen wearing a red shirt and gray jeans, her dad said.
