Possibly she died in the attacks or she fled to India, Ozoner
Fled to India after 9/11 without any ID when international travel suddenly became much more difficult? Nah. There has never been one shred of evidence Sneha fled.Possibly she died in the attacks or she fled to India, Ozoner
I thought that the poster was saying that Sneha's brother's girlfriend might have fled to India. The poster's theory was that Sneha might have been murdered for being caught in a lesbian act. I has asked why the other woman wouldn't have met the same fate.Fled to India after 9/11 without any ID when international travel suddenly became much more difficult? Nah. Sneha's brother John and his girlfriend actually had a child together who was born in 2003. They later separated. She did not flee the country nor was she killed on 9/11. She's still friends with the Philip family and they all attended the child's high school graduation together.I thought that the poster was saying that Sneha's brother's girlfriend might have fled to India. ETA: I know quite a few people (men and women) from India who are gay and are "out" to their friends but still in the closet with their families, so there still doesn't seem to be much acceptance of homosexuality within that community.
the only person who claimed they saw SP accompanied by someone at the Century 21 store was the clerk who ron lieberman spoke to a few weeks later. the footage from the store never showed her accompanied by anyoneIMHO SP did not die due to foul play; if that were the case, I suspect her body would have been found by now and/or someone would have talked, etc. Note this is definitely still possible, but IMHO very unlikely. And, this would need to have happened the night of 9/10, since IIRC she was seen in footage outside of a store that evening.
I do think it's possible/probable she spent the night with her friend that she was allegedly seen in the store with/buying bedsheets with.
who knowsWhat happened to the bags or bag of things she got from the Century 21 store? Were they at the female friend’s place?
Do you mean in a recreation? The Century 21 security footage that's on the web doesn't appear to show Sneha with anyone, but the clerk thought that Sneha was with a female friend. In the Unsolved Mysteries episode of Sneha’s disappearance it showed her with someone else like a female friend shopping at a Century 21 store
Most of what you say is feasible but only if Sneha was not the woman on the apartment's surveillance footage. That woman would definitely not have been able to make it above the impact before the first plane struck the North Tower. In fact, she could not have made it to the WTC before people were prevented from entering either building, so it is extremely unlikely that she could have gotten into the second (South) tower, either, let alone made it above the impact in that tower.I'm drawn to theory that Sneha was involved with someone else romantically, probably a secret lesbian relationship. That's whom she spent the night with on Sept 10. The next day she met this person at WTC, possibly stopping at the apartment first as per the contested CCTV footage. Unfortunately, Sneha was above the impact site when the plane hit and became one of the 1000+ victims still unidentified.
and that also begs the question, knowing that something had happened in the north tower and seeing people panicking as well as emergency personnel arriving, would she have actually entered the south tower? at the very least, she would have seen the smoke billowing out and probably would have heard people talking about how they had seen something crash into the tower. maybe she would have even asked someone what was going on and they would have told her what they saw. to still enter the south tower after that would have been pretty crazyMost of what you say is feasible but only if Sneha was not the woman on the apartment's surveillance footage. She would have had a seventeen minute window to get from the apartment to up above the impact to South Tower. It is remotely possible that there was more of a focus on the North Tower during that 17-minute window (8:46–9:03 A.M.) when it came to preventing entry, so I won't say it's impossible, but it would have been a real stretch.
Thanks for clearing that up. I am not wedded to the idea of Sneha returning to the apartment, as the security footage was inconclusive. Most of what you say is feasible but only if Sneha was not the woman on the apartment's surveillance footage. This one made me super curious. There are still people who died in 9/11 attacks that were unidentified right?
That's what I thoughtYes, there are still over 1,000 people that are thought to have died in the 9/11 attacks who are still not identified:
