Read the guy's tweets. Enough said.
You don’t have to be Republican to be anti-Democrat. IMO the bomber’s personal ideology matters more than his political party. But his targets definitely suggest, imo, he leans a certain way. Maybe in an “alt” fashion.Well, let's be honest. The obvious inference is that a right wing criminal did this. Isn't that the whole point of mailing out bombs to the top Democrats?

Could be the person or group isn't thinking about political fallout. Might be feeling heroic as though they are doing a service to rid the world of those they are told are bad on a daily basis. From what I read, none of them had enough postage. And the contents would have been easily seen as dangerous if checked in a cursory way. Which is why most were instantly detected.
I don't think any of them were expected to be detonated or even making it to their destinations. JMO IMO
Why would a republican send these out 7 days before the midterms? Would they want this political blowback, 24/7? I don't think so.
There is only one political party that is benefitting from this October surprise right now. JMO

Well said!I don’t see anyone claiming “a Republican” did this. I also don’t see LE or anyone else saying “a Democrat” did this.
A CRIMINAL DID THIS.
So far, all of the packages have had printed addresses and 6 stamps. 6 stamps is only $3 which is less than *any* First class package costs (at retail cost, if you buy online at somewhere like PayPal or Stamps.com, you can ship light packages for <$3). So I don't think any of them went through the post office unless carriers and clerks both dropped the ball on checking that the package had enough postage for the weight. The package that CNN received was delivered via courier according to this article.
Also, the printed addresses might help find the culprit because apparently, some household printers print hidden tracking code on every page printed. Kinda neat.

The stamps may be another red herring, the culprit may be hoping to put some blame on USPS for "delivering" these packages even when they aren't.
I don't think a person would risk their freedom to send a fake message. IMODo his targets suggest he leans a certain way? Is it possible that he is trying to send a false message out?
Maybe trying to save the country from the people they've been told are rigging or fixing the election. Just a timely possibility that comes to mind. I remember there were some issues and incidents in 2016 when people were convinced voting fraud was a threat to the election.Could be the person or group isn't thinking about political fallout. Might be feeling heroic as though they are doing a service to rid the world of those they are told are bad on a daily basis.
In other words taking a cue from a person in position of power.
I also doubt the recipients feel any benefit to getting these packages.
What other bombers have targeted themselves or people like them to appear as if they were victims and targets? You have the links, please share 'em! Thanks in advance.Do his targets suggest he leans a certain way? Is it possible that he is trying to send a false message out?

Oh they will be caught. This is a big deal in spite of the attempts to downplay it. IMOI think they might. Especially if they knew they would never be caught.
