3 dead, 8 wounded in early morning NYC restaurant mass shooting

Multiple individuals were transported to local hospitals. However, their conditions were not immediately released.

''Three people were killed and eight others wounded when multiple gunmen opened fire inside a Brooklyn hookah lounge and restaurant around closing time Sunday morning.

Officers responded to calls of a shooting inside Taste of the City Lounge at 903 Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights just before 3:30 a.m., NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said at a press briefing.

The three people killed were all men, ages 27, 35 and one whose age wasn’t immedialtely known, cops said. All three were pronounced dead at the scene''.

No arrests were made in the shooting, and the suspects have yet to be identified.

Three Are Killed in Shooting at Crown Heights Bar

Eight others were taken to the hospital with injuries after the early morning shooting in Brooklyn.

''Police officers were called to Taste of the City Lounge at 903 Franklin Avenue around 3:30 a.m. after multiple reports of gunfire, the police said. There, they found eight men and three women with gunshot wounds, their ages ranging from 27 to 61.'

'Three men were pronounced dead at the scene: a 27-year-old, a 35-year-old, and another whose age was not given, the police said. The other eight victims were taken to hospitals.

No suspects have been arrested, the police said. They believe the incident involved multiple gunmen.''

“I saw people, shot, all over the place,” he said. “Sitting, waiting for help, screaming, crying.”
On its website, Taste of the City advertises food, nightlife and regular entertainment like D.J.s and dancing.
Officers recovered at least 36 shell casings from multiple guns after the shooting, the police said.''

Three people were killed and another 8 people were injured in a shooting at a club in Crown Heights, according to the NYPD. The shooting happened at a “crowded club” called Taste of the City on Franklin Avenue, NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said.
