Do you think this will end up in any actual criminal investigations? Or maybe just civil litigation?
Scarlett Pavlovich filed the lawsuit, along with two separate lawsuits naming only Palmer as a defendant, in Wisconsin, Massachusetts and New York on Monday. The Massachusetts and New York lawsuits naming only Gaiman's wife were filed because of "the uncertainty regarding Palmer's state of residence," the lawsuit reads. Pavlovich's lawyers will "proceed against Palmer only in the district of her choosing."
Here are the court papers. Interesting that Amanda Palmer is also being sued, but when you read these you can understand why!

Neil makes a move, and it's ... A bold one...
Well, that move underscores what a jerk he is, imo.
From one NG to anotherA scrolling thru websleuths to find something to read because I need a break from the NG case and wow…
I was a huge fan but haven’t yet heard about these allegations. Wild and saddening.

Federal judges have dismissed three lawsuits accusing the bestselling fantasy author Neil Gaiman of sexually assaulting his children’s nanny in New Zealand four years ago.
Scarlett Pavlovich filed a lawsuit against Gaiman and his wife, Amanda Palmer, in Wisconsin in February 2025, accusing Gaiman of multiple sexual assaults while she worked as the family’s nanny in 2022. She filed lawsuits against Palmer in Massachusetts and in New York on the same day she filed the Wisconsin action.
