IMO police should be questioning Amanda palmer.

She knows. And she might talk.

Here are the court papers. Interesting that Amanda Palmer is also being sued, but when you read these you can understand why!

ETA: hmmm that link doesn't work, but a Google search will lead you to them and they are worth a read

Scarlett Pavlovich filed the lawsuit, along with two separate lawsuits naming only Palmer as a defendant, in Wisconsin, Massachusetts and New York on Monday. The Massachusetts and New York lawsuits naming only Gaiman's wife were filed because of "the uncertainty regarding Palmer's state of residence," the lawsuit reads. Pavlovich's lawyers will "proceed against Palmer only in the district of her choosing."

I checked out the insta post. I would expect a little more outrage given what she's been accused of. Quite an underwhelming denial with a strong flavour of obfuscation and redirection.

Does having a small child give you some kind of entitlement to privacy when accused of a crime? Don't remember who that's true for. Think it's kind of irrelevant.

A summons (18 Feb 2025) has been issued for Neil Gaiman in the civil suit brought by Scarlett Pavlovich.

Do we know from this when they are likely to actually appear in court?
Or what their next move might be?
So interesting that the two of them will be co-defendants. Presumably not an easy task for lawyers when the two co-defandants are also involved in divorce/custody proceedings against each other and presumably are highly motivated to throw each other under the bus!

From an old post on Amanda Palmer's facebook:

"...on the long drive back from being away, we had a funny conversation, the kind i think you can only have when you've been together for six years.
we talked about how skeptical and warn-y our various friends and acquaintances were.
we both got warned off.
...
we were no good, they tutted in their own turns.
users,
abusers,
philanderers,
bad news, us.
trouble.
watch out.
yeah. it's basically true. we're both bad news.
but now we're a team."

Chilling.

And the latest on Neil's response to the lawsuit here:

Well, that move underscores what a jerk he is, imo.

It certainly reeks of revenge.

And it makes me wonder HOW MANY MORE Ndas there are out there, because it's obviously a priority for him to make sure more aren't broken!

More of a priority than the impending lawsuit from Scarlett.

Federal judges have dismissed three lawsuits accusing the bestselling fantasy author Neil Gaiman of sexually assaulting his children’s nanny in New Zealand four years ago.

Scarlett Pavlovich filed a lawsuit against Gaiman and his wife, Amanda Palmer, in Wisconsin in February 2025, accusing Gaiman of multiple sexual assaults while she worked as the family’s nanny in 2022. She filed lawsuits against Palmer in Massachusetts and in New York on the same day she filed the Wisconsin action.
