Observations About Boulder (and a theory)

Crackhead?

Reminds me of the sketch done on a possible suspect....looked like John Ramsey on crack!

Thanks, Toltec. I sure needed another good laugh today.

Let's see: crackhead, pedophile, kidnapper, killer and all in a small foreign faction. Have I left anything out? This was truly a multi-faceted faction. Makes one wonder what they are up to these days.

You forgot the angry Koreans.

  • #23
Now you'll have to explain how the person KNEW all of that.

Uh, basic criminal behavior? I think they call it casing.

Sd, are you not from around here or something?

NO ligature fibers were found in her bed.

Wrong.

Cord Fibers Found in JBR Bed. "fibers consistent with those of the cord used to make the slip knots and garrote were found on JonBenet's bed. (SMF P 168; PSMF P 168.)
Discovery of cord fibers, used to tie JonBenet's hands, in the latter's bedroom arguably undermines plaintiff's sequence of events." (Carnes 2003:93).

This supports the idea that JBR was kidnapped from her bed.

Crash and burn in a courtroom, eh DeeDee? Would you like to discuss the GJ indictment of PR? Or maybe Islam in North Korea? Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah

Just out of interest, I wonder whatever happened to the outfit PR was wearing that morning.

I mean, I know she threw herself on the body, but I'm intrigued as to what was found on her outfit as opposed to what was found on other items that originated from her jacket.
Is this something that would have been kept as evidence, and you know, cos DNA testing has improved etc, I wonder what would be found on it today.

wonderllama, it's my understanding that the clothes they were wearing that night were not turned over to LE until a year later.
Just so that I won't catch it from IDI, I will say this, LE didn't ask for the clothes until a year later (although this is because the da's office wouldn't request warrants). Maybe the Ramseys would have turned them over immediately had they been asked, maybe not. We'll never know for sure either way.

Please spell out the acronyms. And leave the personal attacks out of it. Or haven't you been "told" this before?

There IS Islam in North Korea. It is practiced in that part of the world. North Korea favors radical Islam because of their shared anti-American views.

Well I work in law enforcement and I've seen crack heads do all kinds of stupid things. Meth heads too. You can't say they just want money and to get in and get out. People never fail to surprise me with their motives and, often, their stupidity.

Knowing what you know about the behavior of crackheads, do you believe the 3 page ransom note could have been authored by one?

  • #31
Sure it could. Was it? I have no idea.

I can't figure out this case. Bad police work erased a lot of the clues we need. It is an intellectual puzzle.

Ave,

There must be some super duper crack heads in Boulder. Here, where I live in the South, ours can't get the paper off a MacDonald's straw without major stress (for everyone involved). Look Shaky, set the dang cup down and use both hands, for crying out loud. And speed walk to the garbage can to throw the paper away, taking the long way around. Talking to everyone because they can't stop themselves.

Yeah, its a negative on a Southern crack head. So, I'd have to say, it's not a crack head.

Interesting that you seem to believe a mother could kill her own child in the most horrific way, act completely normal and never confess. Yet you discount the possibility of a stranger doing it because he acts exactly like PR. You're using stereotypes that don't really apply to anyone (strawman). I find that fascinating.

I never said PR acts like a crack head, I said she acted like she had some mental issues going on, and I know for a fact that mothers can kill and not give a dang. I don't believe in the intruder theory.

You say your in LE? And you find nothing strange about the R's behavior? How many murders have you dealt with (this is actual curiosity)?

Do you want me to list the cases where mothers murdered their children? I can, I really don't mind. Lets start with Zahra Baker, her father...Well, you know he acted like he cared too. And Im the one discounting the possibilities, this I find interesting.

Hey what about 4 year old whose mother took her to the hospital for a sores on her mouth, hands, and vagina? Turned out it was Herpes, she claimed it was from touching a public toilet (her mother is a nurse). No one called OCS, and let the child go home. Where she later died from the internal injuries cause by the penetration rape of the mothers boyfriend. She acted cool too when she was claiming the child fell. It's a well documented case, talked about here on WS and news sources, if you want her name I can get it for you.

Why do people have trouble believing a mother can do this? That parents, that go to CHURCH, can do this. They do it every day, come on! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Uh, basic criminal behavior? I think they call it casing.

And just how did some fool addled on crack (or meth) manage to do all of that without leaving a trace of himself. Junkies aren't known for their style and grace.

Sd, are you not from around here or something?

How do you mean "here?"

This supports the idea that JBR was kidnapped from her bed.

Or that the staging began in her bedroom, like I've always said. That's assuming it's factual to begin with. Carnes took a lot of things as fact that were not fact.

I was about to ask the same question.

And I used to wonder why IDI is so reluctant to discuss other cases!

Agatha, you just summed up my frustration with this case in a nutshell! I should think that someone who claims to work in LE would KNOW better!

Interesting that you seem to believe a mother could kill her own child in the most horrific way,

Happens every day.

act completely normal

EXCUSE ME? Please show me where PR acted "completely normal." I keep hearing that, but the more I think about it, the more ridiculous it gets. Lady MacBeth in the flesh, more like.

and never confess.

Just about everyone in prison claims they didn't do it, Ave.

The BPD asked after a year and it took them four months to turn them in after being asked. They were also said to look brand new and as if they had never been washed.

Seems the four months makes a point on their co-operation. Not meant in any way against your post Beck, just trying to establish the true timeline.
