Here's what the PI (Dominic Casey) said:

As with the Equusearch effort, Dominic says he would be absolutely devastated if Caylee's remains were found. "I would fall apart. I would not believe the remains were of Caylee Marie. Not for one minute would I believe Casey would do that to her child. I've spent many hours with her and she is a loving and protective mother."

I agree, the parents of these children should take steps to stop this madness before OTHER innocent children are dragged into the defense of Casey Anthony.

Okay, if I had a child and the A's took pics of her and made them public without my written release, which I would never give, they would be hearing from MY lawyer so fast their heads would be spinning. My sympathy for them would not extend to allowing another child to be victimized by KC.

If the reporter was standing, why was MB looking at the floor so often?

The reporter was actually rather far off to the left of the camera, but I don't think that should have interfered with MB giving a proper interview, looking sincere, deciding on proper attire to wear, or even combing her hair.

That little girl looks nothing like Caylee and it's sinful for the As and their charlatan cohorts to have her picture on the air and in the media. If we and OCSO could tell right away it wasn't Caylee, why couldn't the Anthonys? I think it was a publicity stunt just to make people think "maybe she really is alive", not that I think the public is dumb enough to fall for it. The pictures of little children should not be posted on TV like that. Shame on them.

It really needs to stop; If they did that to my child, I would be suing the A's and any and all media who ran the picture and whomever took it. That is just wrong putting those pictures out there. I realize media needs to run stories to get readers to make money, etc., but, this featuring the A's really needs to stop.

Thank heavens OCSO has come out publically on this one! These false reprts need to stop!

I do not want to see the A's hurt or smacked for their belief and efforts to find a live Caylee. However it cannot be at the expense of innocent children who are out everyday with their family members and loved ones having photos snapped unbeknownst to them! Not to mention the fact that I can clearly and oblviously see that this child is not Caylee and IMO the A's must also know this in their hearts. Shame on D & A Investigations, KFN and MB for continuing perpetuate and to lead the A's down a path of false hope!

IMO this is an extremely dangerous situation which can only lead to yet another sad tragedy!

George sure did defer to speak about it...so in my opinion, of course he knows this was not Caylee...and as a matter of fact, he knows that Caylee IS dead and he is just doing what he has admitted he HAS to do to keep HIS sanity and preserve the sanity of others-which is believe that she is still alive REGARDLESS of what he KNOWS in his heart to be truth. This is one of the saddest cases I have ever followed.

It's bothering me today a LOT that whatever their agenda or reason is, they are putting it BEFORE the safety and well-being of these little girls that they're exploiting. And let's not make any mistake - this is clear exploitation of these little girls, out innocently playing, shopping, whatever, with their families.

I am with you 100%. It's almost like going down the road of being a pedophile. It makes me wonder since myfoxorlando reported the picture came to the PI working with the A's that if this so-called PI is the one sitting around in malls taking these pictures.

I agree with you and hope Tricia and the mods have already done this - if there are any pics on this web site.

I am a 'worst case' type of person and my first thought was - "what if that is a picture of someone's child who has fled an abusive relationship and come to FL to hide?" I know, I know far fetched. Of course the other side of this is 'what if this child was taken during a custodial dispute and putting her picture out there helps get her back?'

I think I would prefer to err on the side of caution and not have ANY child out there for all the internet to see. Having said that, I have picture of my granddaughter in a photo album here (she is adorable, by the way) but those pictures were put there by me, her Grams, so I think that is where the difference lies.

I believe that the reason they are encouraging (the A family) this type of stuff to come in is so the attorney can try and raise reasonable doubt if the body is not found.

If I were the parent of any child whose picture was released for public scrutiny by the Anthonys, I'd be livid.

They should not have allowed the picturess to be splashed all over. If I were one of those parents, I would sue the day lights out of someone.

I saw that picture of that little girl at the mall yesterday online and I didn't think that she looked like Caylee at all.

This is just spin...people grasping at straws.

I realize that the Anthony's are struggling with letting go of the idea that Caylee has passed at the hands of her own mother. Clearly, they have suffered more than one catastrophic loss here. Their grief, if they allow themselves to be honest, would be unbelievable.

But protecting their daughter to this degree has prevented their precious granddaughter from even a proper burial. Caylee should have been treated with at least that much dignity.

So sad. I wish so much that Casey would end this madness by just telling the truth. So many people need closure here. And Casey needs to learn that despite what her family history/behavior has taught her, there are consequences for your behavior.

My biggest problem is that I can't imagine anyone who kidnapped a child having the audacity of parading them around a mall, where everyone would be on the look out.

When my cousin was abducted by his birth mother, he was 2. She isolated him totally, leaving him at home when she went to Kmart, shopping, etc. She didn't want to risk being seen. (long story, but yes, she went to jail)
He was found 5 years later, 3000km away from his hometown, isolated in a small village with a population of 300 people having never seen a dentist, doctor, or having gone to school.

I seriously doubt Caylee's alleged imaginary abductor would be spotted anywhere near FL. Even if the fake abductor was hiding in plain sight, it would be ludicrous to think they would be in any place remotely near....

It is my experience that children who are kidnapped are generally kept out of public places, and not taken to the park, doctor, mall, McDonalds or any where the A's believe dear Caylee would be....at least that is what happened to my nephew and from many stories/books I've read since his recovery 18 months ago.

But didn't the A's admit at the PC this was definitely not Caylee, but it was just an *example* of some child who looked like her? That in itself is ridiculous. It would be one thing if they themselves actually thought it was her and contacted LE right away. How could this type of thing sway a jury? How dumb would a jury have to be? As a matter of fact, I'd say this could go on as evidence in the trial of CA/GA/LA if it comes to that, showing their propensity toward deliberate mistruths.

But I understand your point, that JB THINKS this could go toward reasonable doubt. It's not reasonable, tho. IMO.

I was thinking the exact same thing! If my DD's hair was shorter and not stick straight, she too could probably pass for dear Caylee on the playground... as I'm sure tons of other little girls have that same look about them too.

I can understand that the A's want to believe Caylee is alive -- but they need to stop. I took one look at that picture and knew it wasn't Caylee... It's wrong & sad.

What's a parent of a little girl who looks a little like Caylee supposed to do...keep them indoors for their safety? It's horrible & someone's child could easily get hurt. You could even have some crazy azz person who decides to snatch a Caylee look a like just to create some kind of "copy cat" crime & create doubt. You know those nut jobs who would then declare their undying love for Casey & tell her they "proved it."

If the Anthony's nor KidFinders will stop putting out these photo's, then the media needs to step up & REFUSE TO PRINT THEM.

Yeah, it looks nothing like her, but JB will bring up all these "so called" sightings to try and sway a jury with resonable doubt. That is why I hope everyday that they find her.......

:waitasec: That's a great thought. I would not be surprised to find they have people going all the place in Florida to take snap shots of lot's of little girls so they can just put them out there. If I were LE, I would track down where those photo's came from, who took them. If it were the Anthony's, KFN or anyone related to this case, I would so find something to book them on.
