Checked surrounding counties and found 3 other cases in Medina County Court (I was only searching Cuyahoga Co).

12/22/16 He was ordered to 3 yrs community control ordered

He is wanted for the 2017 case for FTA for sentencing on 10/6/17

10/19/15 arrested for 3 cts Forgery & 1 ct Grand Theft of a MV
10/3/16 sentenced to 9 months prison concurrent, CFTS 186 days

12/30/15 arrested for forgery
4/12/17 sentenced to 90 days jail CFTS 186

2/19/17 arrested for RSP
10/6/17 Failed to appear for sentencing, capias issued

It seems the defendant was incarcerated on the date of that hearing, I feel like I am missing something. I know it isn't unusual for a court to set a date for a hearing not knowing the defendant is in prison (the dates on the Ohio offender search show he was released from prison on 10/30/17)

I thought you posted a letter that LJ wrote to judge for jail time credit. Maybe this would explain an actual release earlier than the late October date. Also, I thought it was alleged by the mother that a relationship happened between LJ and AC in October, so he couldn't have been incarcerated at that time.

The letter was from the old case. As far as release I am going by what the ODRC has listed. I believe I provided a link where you can look him up. It shows his actual release date. I would repost the link but am using my phone. I haven't heard anything about the actual relationship.

On Twitter he's definitely preying on young girls through celebrity accounts (Justin Bieber etc) - not just AC. If you're thinking child marriage, I think the FB group is def related to both.

I'm surprised this case hasn't hit MSM nationwide. A 14yo girl, pregnant by a relative, on the run with that relative who is a convicted felon and who seems to be into young girls. This has sensation all over it - which could be very useful in finding this pair.

Very worried about this child.

Thanks! I will keep an eye out, though I'm sure LE will too. Sad to say, but criminals are sometimes drawn to the park as a place to hide. There aren't any camping areas, but some try to sleep in cars, etc. It's cold here and there are predictions for a few inches of snow in the next couple of days.

Does this guy have any money or friends who might hide him and the girl? Just wondering if he has the resources to stay on the run without having to commit more crimes (theft, robbery, etc.)?

I have my own theories about the reason for lack of publicity.

Our AG is running for governor. He's already dealing with baggage from the Rhoden family murders (8 killed) that, approaching 2 yrs, is pretty much a cold case. If there's a positive outcome for this case, we'll probably hear a lot about it in the news media.

ETA: That said, it's being covered pretty well in the NE Ohio news media. Not wall to wall coverage, but they are reporting regularly.

ETA2: I'm going to revise that about news coverage. There doesn't seem to be any coverage in local or state news in the last 3 days. That's disappointing. This is a 14 yo girl with autism taken by a dangerous man.

I don't think he could have much money on his own, at least legally if he has been in prison. He may have made "friends" with a fellow inmate that is willing to help him hide. My guess is he left the state and may have gone to Indiana, Kentucky, WV, or even PA. Wonder if any of his family or FB friends are in those states.

Nothing in Mahoning County. I have a friend that is a news reporter but not sure if she is in town. I'm going to reach out and get her take on it.

It seems like you're a little more local to this case than I am - if you could maybe contact the stations in Columbus/Licking County too that would be fantastic. This is really concerning, almost like they don't want her found.
