Found Deceased OH - Anakin Gammon, 2, Masury, 10 Sept 2017

  • #61
The area is right on the OH-PA line. Mercer County PA courts would be the correct location. Anakin was actually found on the OH side of town (Masury) but lived in PA (Sharon) (less than a mile between home/found locations). The link takes you to David Gammon's case info.

Thanks JanetElaine - but that's another court site that doesn't work for me over here! :gaah:

And thanks for looking for a date for sentencing?

No problem! Have you tried using a VPN? I can't get in from outside the US without one, either. Pain in the neck!

Really really simply put, a VPN allows one to connect to the internet as usual, except it makes it look like you're connecting from somewhere else. Like, I can't access the DMV in my state from overseas (and many court sites) without using it. VPN's require a download, and then you can choose a server (connection) in a city of your choice. Apparently certain sites block people who are not in the US from viewing their sites. Through the VPN I can choose a server in the US, so the site thinks I'm viewing from, say, NY, NY, and allow me to access their site.

Thanks a bunch JanetElaine!

I looked into that VPN, but since I'm poor now - LOL! - I really can't afford it. I'll just have to rely on all you people here! :)

Sharon man able to serve sentence at home, in case of young son's death

"In March Gammon was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter.

On Thursday Gammon was sentenced to 9-23 months, plus three years probation.

Because in the state of Pennsylvania involuntary manslaughter is considered a first degree misdemeanor, Gammon has the ability to serve his sentence from his home, under house arrest, instead of in a jail, according to District Attorney Miles Karson."
