There's an allegation here that the mother of this man might have known what he was up to. She has not been charged, however. I noticed that the day care is unlicensed. This crime can happen anywhere, but licensing is a step in the right direction, IMO. Shame on Mr. Keith.

" A Warren County [OH] man is facing more than 100 charges of producing child . A federal grand jury has charged Andrew Faires Keith, 27, of Mason, with 115 counts of producing child . The indictment also charges Keith with one count each of transportation and possession of child ...."

"....The indictment alleges that on multiple occasions during 2002 and 2003, Keith coerced or forced at least three minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct, photographed the boys and traded the images over the Internet...."

Andrew Faires Keith aged 27 was arrested by the FBI after it was found he produced child . Who were these poor innocents? His mother's charges at her Daycare.

Back in 2002-2003 creeper took lewd photographs of three little boys ages 5-7. He also photographed his nasty self abusing the poor kids.

Now parents have to worry were there more victims. The Daycare is being investigated.

An update on Keith. I'm pleased to see his mother was charged. There must have been some evidence that she knew or that wouldn't happen. I'm always curious as to what pushes a trial into the Federal system. In this case, it looks like Keith sent the videos over a state line. That'll do it. This happened 8-9 years ago. I'm assuming one of the boys finally disclosed. He's a brave boy and undoubtedly saved many others from the same abuse!!

Plea deal reached in federal child case

"A man accused of taking pornographic images of the children in his mother’s West Chester Twp. in-home day care has reached a plea agreement with federal prosecutors. Andrew Faires Keith, 27, of Snider Court in Mason, is expected to enter a guilty plea during a hearing Monday in U.S. District Court..."

".....Keith has agreed to plead guilty to 15 counts of producing child and one count each of child and posession of child . He was indicted Jan. 19 by a federal grand jury on 117 charges, including 115 counts of producing child ...."

"...The incidents occurred at an in-home day care run by the suspect’s mother, Teresa Bailey, in the XXXX block of McCauley Road in West Chester Twp., according to police reports. Bailey was charged by the state with two counts of child endangering that accuse her of failing to protect the children from Keith...."

May 9, 2011

".... FBI agents searched Keith's home in Mason and a storage unit he rented in January 2011. They seized cell phones, computers, zip drives and other similar products. Forensic analysis found Keith still possessed the above referenced photographs in addition to numerous other images of child . The analysis also determined Keith had taken sexually explicit photos of more than one child. Some of the other images possessed by Keith included images of children as young as infants being sexually abused. The total number of images is well in excess of 600...."
