The neighbor has 20 cameras!? Was she exaggerating? Looks like your typical suburban subdivision not huge properties.

Sure seems like a lot of cameras for houses that aren't huge. I only have two here for a similar size house!

Trying to think about how this tragic scenario unfolded.

Neighbors are all being asked to check their home security cameras. One woman who is an adjacent neighbor to the Flynn’s, who lives in the cul-de-sac, commented that she “has 20 cameras all over her house and nothing showed up on her camera”.

In this news video from this afternoon the reporter said multiple agencies are involved including Tipp City police, Ohio Bureau of Investigation and the FBI are all investigating.

Looking at the second post here with a photo of the house, it looks like a ground-level dwelling.
So, which garage door was open, left or right ?
I have a reason for wondering.

Are the bedrooms located near the garage or at the farther end or behind the main front photo ?
Anything taken at all ?
Targeted or random.

Am guessing LE will have done a GSR test on everyone at the residence.

My first thought was what if this was a suicide and the husband didn't want anyone to know.
But it was called in as a burglary, so...

Did the Flynns' own any weapons ?

With all that said, I have to agree.
I looked back at my old posts on the Amanda Blackburn tragedy -- I cannot believe that was 2015 -- and her house was also on a cul-de-sac. Some posts say a house situated on a cul-de-sac actually gives more privacy from neighbors (or cameras) seeing certain areas of the house.

What I can't get past is he stayed in his room alone and left his two daughters asleep to God knows what happening in that house.

I think a good clue would be to see when was the last time she actually had a profile pic of just her and her husband. I know in my case, I haven't in many years since we haven't gotten along!

Good detective work! I just tried to bring up her profile, but can't find it amongst all the posts about her being killed. So there was one in 2024 with him. Hmm. Too bad there isn't a way to actually see who made that profile picture change.

Does anyone know the neighborhood? Is there a bad area nearby within walking distance? I think this was the case where Amanda Blackburn's cul-de-sac was. The killers had committed terrible crimes leading up to that day back then. Has there been a recent uptick in crime in this area? Looks like a nice, quiet street. But why would neighbor have 20 security cameras? Heck, I only have two and have a crazy neighbor who sometimes comes on to my property. Thinking I better up it.

Ugh. Thanks I found it. I can't scroll through it though b/c it is too heartbreaking seeing the photos of her girls. They all look SO happy.
FB can sometimes tell a lot hough. Once there was a guy from my hometown who was killed on an accident on the Brooklyn Bridge. Witnesses said they saw no reason for him to crash as he did. When I looked on his FB profile, he had posted months earlier a photo of 'death wish on Brooklyn Bridge'.

None of what has been released so far makes me think this was a home invasion gone wrong. If it was a home invasion, wouldn't you take out the most dangerous person, the male adult, first?

The National Weather Service issued a Dense Fog Advisory for Feb. 16 for most Ohio counties with visibility’s under .25 mile.

‘According to the National Weather Service, all Ohio counties except four in the Toledo area are under the advisory until 11 a.m. Feb. 16. The NWS warns that the poor visibility created by the fog could make this morning's commute hazardous. The agency advises drivers slow down, use their headlights and leave plenty of space between them and the car ahead.
