Selfish and cruel of the man they once called 'daddy' to take their mom whom I am certain loved them with all of her heart.
And to think how many years she put up with him ?
There's no telling what went on behind closed doors, but you don't turn from a kind and loving man -- into a murderer of your own wife and mother of your children, overnight !
Mental, physical, or emotional, I'm thinking he was probably abusive to her, esp in those final months after he'd made his evil plans ?

Absolutely crazy how irrational some people can be. No matter what the reason, there's zero chance you're getting away with that. No matter what was going through his mind, how would it ever be reasonable to throw everything away to rot in prison for the rest of your life? It's a good thing most of these murderers are really dumb and make it easy on investigators. RIP Ashley and I feel so, so sorry for their 2 young daughters.

No matter what was going through his mind, how would it ever be reasonable to throw everything away to rot in prison for the rest of your life? I will really never understand it, why people choose to kill their spouse instead of divorce. It really boggles my mind. I know we don’t know too many details of this case but it doesn’t really seem like this was a heat of the moment killing so I just will never understand why he wouldn’t think of his daughters before deciding to do something like this. 1. Cheating and too much of a coward to get a divorce.

At the the 1:15 mark the reporter says they repeatedly requested the 911 calls, but Wednesday the prosecutor's said they would not honor their request because they were part of the investigative record. State law says the prosecutor can do that.

They’re completely delusional, impulsive, and have narcissistic tendencies, to believe they can get away it. They actually believe killing their spouse (as a setup) will give them an easy escape to live the life they think they want with someone new. He didn’t want to damage his reputation requesting a divorce or acknowledging his love for someone else. It’s pure evil. MOO

Agreed, there's certainly a strong element of sheer stupidity in this heinous case.
'2 Counts of Tampering with Evidence' : Oh, he didn't think they'd find the gun ? (I'm assuming he may have tried to conceal it on his own property ?)

It’s not an MSM source (I will try to look for one) but I saw that LE was at the house and in the backyard at the shed earlier today before the arrest. I’m wondering if he tried to hide the gun under the shed or in the yard or something, that could be tampering with evidence. I’m going to try to find an article about it to link here.

They did do a great job keeping the case tight. I had hoped for the kids sake that something really off happened so they would have their father. Turns out he doesn't deserve those beautiful children. Prayers for Ashley and HER children. Great work LE

I live near and rumor is a 23 year old woman from church. But I have no idea how factual this is.
