He didn’t go down the escalators — the footage is available and I’ve watched it. It was a different camera that was manually adjusted by the security person, not by the escalators.

I also never indicated he didn’t make it out of the bar. I’m just stating the odds show he used the kitchen to get to the back hallway. I think there is a reason he did this outside of trying to avoid his friends which could hold a big piece of the puzzle.
What do you think were his reasons for heading for the back hallway?

Again, just my own view, but avoiding his friends seems logical to me, given that he also wasn't taking their calls or messaging them to meet up and leave together.

Maybe he'd arranged to meet someone outside, maybe a girl, and he didn't want his friends to see; maybe he was meeting someone to buy drugs and again, didn't want any witnesses.

It easily could have been to just ditch his friends and meet up with someone (most plausible reason) — I was just presenting another pov. You’d think phone records would show who he was meeting or would be nice to see who they were talking to at other bars that night. We know the med students spoke with him earlier that night and A & B right before he goes missing.

BZ "I put my phone number in his phone, and of course gave it back to him umm and then when Amber suggested you know..when he offered to walk us to the car I got excited about that."

She goes on to state that her and Amber left in Amber's car that was on the first floor of the parking garage, but she does not know where they went. "I don't remember where we went, umm but out of curiosity I think Amber might have, Amber has better memory than I do, but Amber said we went over to her boyfriend's house at the time."

Could Brian have concealed himself in the bar overnight (eg in the toilets) and left the next day?

Out of curiosity? What? "umm?"

Looking at this in it's own vacuum, a case could be made that Brian did go with them, and Amber's boyfriend wasn't thrilled. Especially if Brian was "doing his thing" in front of him. Or a fistfight 🤬🤬🤬 accidental death (or maiming 'necessitating' a murder) leading to a cover up. Perhaps Brian was indeed out of control after a bar crawl.

hmm. I guess Latin could be considered offensive in this day and age. lol.

It's also odd that Amber was close with Brian's father until he passed away, which would be 2.5 years after Brian's disappearance. Amber claimed she even spoke to Randy the day he passed away. To not even know who Brian was, barely interacted with him intoxicated, but then stayed close to Randy and the case until his passing always seemed interesting. She said that Randy knew that her and Brightan had nothing to do with it. I've always wondered what Alexis thought about this.

In her interview she is passing blame or suspicion directly at Clint:

"That would have made me uncomfortable" if Clint was her TA in any other classes. Clint emailed and called her on Monday. Amber states that Clint told her "You were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Sorry, for getting you involved in all of this."

She said Clint also has tried to connect with her on LinkedIn but she would not allow that, and that Randy felt like Clint knew something more of what happened that night.

It would not be unusual for people to develop some type of bond when they both shared some type of common tragic event - though far more tragic for his father than for her.

What I find odd, is how does someone who seems to have their life in a pretty good place just disappear?
Good family, fiancé (or almost), good education, good financial situation, own apartment, good job, just disappear? Don't we think this whole situation is so out of character? I'd like to know if those close to him noticed a change, large or small?
Bad decision? Was there a different Brian only those close to him know of? Just a poor choice by him? Foul play?

Very puzzling! What family of his is left? Siblings? Just hoping there is a resolution to this mystery.

Not every person who appears to have it all together really does.
Brian was apparently hurt over the passing of his mother and had a strained relationship with his father (my opinions from items mentioned long ago in these threads). You never know when a person could crack from stress others don’t see. That could mean self harm or simply making a bad choice. I don’t say this to blame Brian, just that we don’t know him and what he was going through.

Agree, would love to know what those close to him divulged to LE that we're not privy to, could lead to something or someone. I think I also wrote a while back, was he packed for the upcoming trip? Was his apartment in order? I think he was leaving with the fiancé next day or something like that. If there was no luggage or items prepped to leave it could be insight into his mental state or plans.

I think it's almost impossible that Clint doesn't know anything more, but I don't think he was involved. In fact, it's almost certain he had no involvement because he was seen on camera driving off with Meredith that night.

To me, this has to do with partying/drugs and Clint was either partaking or knew of it, along with the other friends and med students Brian was with that night. Once you dive deep into this case, you start to find out he was out with many others that night and was placing calls/texts to these people. Perhaps the two girls were joining the after party as well.

As time goes on, it becomes very clear the less-known people in this scenario are the ones who are likely gatekeeping information. But that doesn't mean they are involved in his disappearance.
