Found Deceased OH - Bryon Macron, 45, Lafayette Township, 15 Dec 2016

Hm, Doug Davis of Muskingum County also officially killed himself around this time while under investigation for what was ultimately decided to have been only $20,000 worth of personally misappropriated labor and materials - but suddenly now that he's gone the streets are getting repaved and roads closed for years are being repaired.

If the FBI isn’t involved they need to be. If not to investigate the murder (I’ll never be persuaded otherwise) of Bryon Macron then to investigate the dealings at the Medina Sheriff’s department and everyone that has/had worked there in the last 10 years minimum. If the murderers moved Bryon against his will that is kidnapping and the FBI is required to investigate.

I found the compressor station in Seville, Ohio. The address was referenced in a local report from a town hall meeting several years ago. The address is 8707 Guilford Rd. Seville, Oh. 44273

Who owns/owned the property?

According to the SMC website it appears that the compressor is on 8793 Guilford Rd. If you run a Google search on that address it lists 8707-8793 as one address. I'm not in real estate, but does that mean the property was parceled into commercial or residential lots?

It's the opposite. When the land gets incorporated it's broken into parcels then when the roads are laid out the parcels get addresses s0 there's never a shortage of addresses even if mail never gets delivered to some of the lots. Then they might be attached to one another as they're bought and sold. They might end up more or less permanently connected if something large gets built on them but the addresses still remain reserved, otherwise addresses on the other side of the street wouldn't line up and block numbering wouldn't be consistent.

Got it. Thank you. Still trying to identify the property owner.

Yes, that's the company who owns / is building the pipeline. They would have purchased it from previous owners.

Not sure if this is relevant information. The previous owners have nothing to do with any of this.

AND the property was sold nearly a month to the day after Bryon Macron went missing for a cool $937,500. More to come. Good night.

Sorry for the delay, I was listening to both episodes of the podcast.

It's amazing how much evidence was tampered with in those first hours after Bryon "disappeared". JMO

MEDINA CORRUPTION - ALL THE NEWS THAT'S FIT TO PRINT, BUT WASN'T UNTIL NOW!: A TIP FROM AN INTERESTED CITIZEN CASTS A LONG SHADOW OVER LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP TRUSTEE LINDA (LYNDA) BOWERS

This proves otherwise and I researched other documents to confirm that the owner of the property was none other than..... if you guessed AE, BROTHER OF LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP TRUSTEE LB, you win the grand prize.

There's no need for sarcasm. As I said, I spent the last couple of hours catching up by listening to the podcast. I just completed it.

According to the podcast there may be an eyewitness to the murder. Other than the people that committed the crime I wonder who that would be. Also, why would there be signs of a struggle at the offices if Macron committed suicide. Blood everywhere (enough that his shoes matched the tracks in the office), but no signs of blood outside the building. We know that it was cold and snowy yet they couldn’t find a speck of blood on freshly fallen snow at 3am? No cars, no foot traffic, no blood? Thinking outside the box, but what if the blood and crime scene were staged and the actual crime didn’t occur there at all?

It's a thought, though would they have gone to the trouble of cleaning up the crime scene if they staged it? This is such a strange case.

How many "unbiased" people actually saw the crime scene? Were there any photos taken by LE?

Blood spatter on the ceiling (didn't they paint the ceiling right away?) usually comes from someone swinging an instrument that has blood on it. That doesn't sound likely in a case of suicide.

Unless the evidence has been turned over to an outside LE agency, its impossible to know for certain who came and left that night, when, etc. The more I think about it, its possible he was killed somewhere else. Neither of the crime scenes (office or auto) make any sense. It's imperative they make some of this information public.

I also don't like the way Ohio BCI is sitting on the case now, not doing anything.

I agree on everything you pointed out and am curious if they'll ever release the photos from the offices. When blood or any bodily fluids are removed from an area I know that that is considered hazardous material. Who or what service would be available at the drop of a hat to clean the building within 24 hours, especially around the holidays? Not to mention the case was still open with nothing but speculation regarding Macron's whereabouts. Is the service used to clean the building and the receipts public record? Can a lawyer reach out to the people that cleaned the building and get an eyewitness account of what it actually looked like? There seems to be some disagreement in statements regarding the amount of blood. One report said a lot and another said very little. They also said the truck was located using OnStar, but they didn't contact the cell phone companies for any information that "pinged" off the surrounding towers between the hours that we know Macron went missing? This to me would be detective protocol 101 and any person with half a clue would immediately take these steps. Another thing that is odd is why would Centner address the media on an active investigation into the disappearance of a local elected official? That seems pretty serious to me and not some minor drug bust at a local home. Wouldn't that be the responsibility of Sheriff Miller? Sounds like he has some control issues in his department and needs to get a set of huevos and get a handle on his boys.

So after listening to to second podcast again, who is Sanford? And what were the “ride alongs” Macron was a part of? Hope they elaborate on this relationship in the coming podcasts.

Without sleuthing anyone or implying any involvement in Macron's death, important witnesses may be people who lived in the area of the gas pipeline who either opposed or favored it. Could a "ride along" refer to trips by trustees to visit affected residents to address concerns and problems? Were they riding around to look at the surveying, construction, etc. of the gas pipeline? It would be the kind of project that required site visits to view progress, problems, etc.

In my experience ride alongs with police officers are just that. You ride along with them during their entire shift and observe their day to day activities i.e. police chases, drug busts, arrests, etc. You are in the police cruiser as a civilian observer only.
