That new theory of dumping the car first makes sense especially with the phone, but like mentioned above did he pick up daughter or did someone else.
This makes the situation even worse like mentioned above this Gives him more time and larger radius, god only knows now, she will never be found.
What bothers and angers me being a father myself, is that in previous interviews and articles that he claims he loves her and loves and protects his daughter, he is as phony as a three dollar bill , so he would rather their daughter think mom disappeared and that’s that.
But being a father does not mean, looking in your daughters face and lie to her everyday.
Like I said before if a argument ensued and something bad happened, he’s supposed to be this big tuff guy ex marine, who is acting like a coward, he needs to come clean for his families sake, accept what he did, so Cheryl can be found, and be properly buried so her daughter can have closure, he is very selfish.....

Question is there any remote place that William used to target shoot, that falls within the radius discussed, I think where ever he dumped Cheryl, is a familiar place to him. Does he rent a camp or cabin somewhere, is there a wooded area nearby where he would practice his survival “tough” guy skills.
If he has visited or used any of the above that’s where Cheryl is.
Question, let’s say he dumped Cheryl’s body , did he have any muddy shoes or boots, mud on his car inside or out

Just an aside- it has to be extremely awkward for everyone at Costco.
That company will bend over backwards for law enforcement. They would have turned over everything asked for in triplicate and then offered more for the hell of it. And every manager within the lower 48 knows about it. Probably been meetings on it lol.

There was brief comment (can't remember who sorry) who stated the girlfriend was a co-worker. I'm assuming a Costco employee? Can anyone attest?

That’s a interesting tidbit on the girlfriend, any idea where comment came from so we can verify
Does anyone know if him and girlfriend are still an item?
I was also thinking on that fateful day Cheryl went missing, does anyone know if William stopped a car wash to was off any mud or dirt that he may have got on his vehicle trying to dump Cheryl, if we could determine that he did , that could point us in a specific direction on the radius circle, I’m talking either self serve or automatic, which both types have cameras
Is Cheryl’s lawyer protecting her rights, personal assets, until final disposition of her status can be determined.
Do the police still have her SUV in storage for evidence?
One question not asked, did Cheryl have any preexisting medical conditions?, for example someone who suffered from aniexty attacks or even asthma , which if she had could have been aspirated during any severe stress, I.e. a large scale fight

We need some kind of information that narrows any potential time range whether that would be his vehicle seen on video somewhere at a known time, whether he went to a store and a transaction exists at a known time, etc.

Unfortunately, there's no timeline on his whereabouts at all really, except that he was at home that morning when Cheryl arrived back from taking the daughter to school.

Girlfriend does work at Costco. They are still together, her car is frequently seen at the home and she's apparently spending the night there also on multiple occasions.

There's only one reason why her phone was in her car, in my opinion only- so that it would lead LE in a different direction so they couldn't find her body (assuming she is deceased). Killers are getting a little smarter now- leaving it at home would place Cheryl there last. Leaving it in her car in a parking lot, places Cheryl there last (in the killer's mind). So while Cheryl was probably placed at another location, should anyone try to contact her, mainly LE or family, her phone would ping in the opposite direction. JMO MOO

The more I read about this crime, I do put a lot of blame on TV shows , like Criminal Minds, CSI, Law and Order, and these is many more scroll thru a Netflix, all these shows are mainly violence against women, and gives the knuckleheads like William, ideas, and the lack of conscience to commit this crime because his pea brain assumes this is our cultures norm

The article listed above by tb24oh, about the girlfriend, what was written above totally disgusts me , thinking that this “girlfriend”, can be in Cheryl’s home, using her stuff, and spending the night,
This “girlfriend” is a cold hearted , without a conscience , to think she can take over for Cheryl, in Cheryl’s own home, I wonder if they call her “mom”
When the police finally catch up with William , I hope and pray the girlfriend is charged with the same crimes, you cannot tell me there isn’t some form of “pillow talk” , so I feel she knows everything, she must be a very low esteem person to think she is a Cheryl replacement

I was under the impression (from one or more previous posts) that Cheryl was earning more money than her husband. If that’s the case, in what universe would he expect her to leave the home instead of him? Especially since he was the one who stepped out on her with a co-worker? Am I just thinking like an old lady? I suppose the house could have been his before their marriage, but he likely couldn’t manage the expenses unless there’s no mortgage without her higher income

Question, as I see it there is plenty of evidence to haul William for some questioning, and yes the girlfriend should be labelled as a POI , just because of “pillow talk”, the girlfriend has to remember there not married and not protected by spousal privilege

As per the police i have read about other cases and the police had less but moved foreword, is there any possibility that the prosecutor has too many other cases on the burner and has no time for this one.
I feel that short of one of us sleuths figuring this case out and lead the police by the hand to her body, this will be the only way it advances.

It IS taking way too long, I agree. They obviously don't have enough. And Bill's got balls, no question about it. He must be feeling pretty untouchable right now. I do understand that even an innocent in his situation might not talk to police without a lawyer present; and no lie detector. Cheryl served him recently, so they weren't together, so I get the precaution of getting represented.

What I don't understand (and see as guilt), is the lack of ANY communication from Bill or his lawyer. After all, aiding in finding Cheryl gets him off the hook, right?

Wyome, I totally agree with your attitude of bill, I feel the same were close to 90 days lost, his head is so swollen he can’t find a hat to fit, his girlfriend as far as I see it is as cold and nasty as he is,
What I need to know, the daughter who was dropped off at school and Marissa, how can they as Cheryl’s daughters stand for, overlook, and allow this girlfriend move in.
As time goes on I picture bill and I think her name is Erin, will have a garage sale in the spring to sell Cheryl’s things off
Marissa and the other daughter need to go to the police without bills knowledge and be up front of what’s going on,
As Cheryl’s daughters, they need to stand united, without fear from him and work hard to bring him to justice
Big question, does anyone know, can Cheryl’s lawyer get an injunction, or a legal Order preventing bill from bringing the girlfriend to Cheryl’s home, as far as I see it the police searched that home a couple times, and even though they haven’t been back that home is still evidence in a crime
How do we know there wasn’t a key piece of evidence overlooked by police and since the home has been open to his girlfriend it’s gone

I have been trying to read up on legal side of the house on Cheryl’s disappearance, I realize she has a divorce attorney, but Cheryl’s rights need to be protected, and what I read yes a restraining order could be issued to keep the girlfriend out of Cheryl’s home, and yes the younger daughter needs a lawyer, just think what she has seen, heard, and been exposed too since 2 oct, I know she went to Florida with mr. bill, and like mentioned in a earlier posting, “jacked up on dad”, but a vacation is night and day to your mom disappearing off the face of the earth,
I think the young girl is going to be emotionally scarred , I would not be surprised if she needs to get help from a professional especially when the long arm of the law finally catches up with mr. bill,
Can you imagine the b/s he has been feeding her to brainwash to his side, and how is the girlfriend treating her, as I see it the girlfriend is looking out to better the girlfriend, she acts like wow someone is paying attention to me.
You can tell she has no conscience because once Cheryl disappeared a moral individual who was not involved would have left him, her sticking around is not good, I’m surprised she’s not actually wearing Cheryl’s shoes, because she’s trying to replace them

I forget how old their daughter is, but she either could be scared to death to say anything against her Dad, OR, she could very well be a Daddy's little girl and believe he has nothing to do with her mother's disappearance. Cheryl's oldest daughter is not his and lives on her own with her own child. I haven't seen or heard anything that indicates how she feels, one way or the other. I am sure she is working with LE behind the scenes and has told them what she knows of their relationship.

This is a hairy situation. Perhaps the daughters agree he did nothing to harm Cheryl and don't have a problem with his girlfriend- it appears she's be involved with Bill for awhile now- maybe they are use to her? Or perhaps the oldest believes he did something while the youngest daughter, which is his, doesn't believe it. For all we know, they could be disagreeing strongly on this.

Someone else has uttered here that Marisa, the older daughter, believes that Bill may be involved.

Younger daughter is Bill & Cheryl's, so it's hard to know how she views this. She has a greater stake than most; hers is the most vulnerable place. Sigh.

Your point about that home being a potential crime scene is very valid, and I agree and cringe that Cheryl's lawyer has not stepped in to demand some things be done on her behalf. Cadaver dogs searches for one.
No extramarital relations on property during investigation while minor resides there. Seems like the baseline stuff a good lawyer would seek didn't get done.

No way! The Montgomery County prosecutor's office is big. There are many very dedicated attorneys working there and they would absolutely prosecute this case to the fullest.
