Defendant-appellant, Christopher Lukacs, appeals convictions for three counts of rape under R.C. 2907.02(A)(1)(b), one count of rape under R.C. 2907.02(A)(2), one count of felonious assault under R.C. 2903.11(A)(1), and one count of failure to verify his address under R.C. 2950.06. We find no merit in his thirteen assignments of error, and we affirm his convictions.

X. Summary/Failure to Assess Costs
In sum, we overrule all thirteen of Lukacs's assignments of error. But we note that the trial court failed to address the mandatory issue of court costs at the sentencing hearing or in its judgment entry. n74 We, therefore, reverse the trial court's judgment only in the respect that it failed to address costs. We remand the case to the trial court to address that issue and to make the appropriate order in its judgment entry. We affirm the trial court's decision in all other respects.
