I didn't find any info on this case but I did find that there have been a heck of a lot of human remains found in Cincinnati and Philadelphia the past couple of years. Wowzers.

I do not have any updates on this case, but here is a 2024 article about efforts to identify Jane and John Does in Hamilton County (Cincinnati), Ohio:
