Man Sentenced To 2 Life Terms

A 48-year-old violent sexual predator will now spend the rest of his life in prison, thanks to the testimony of a 7-year-old girl who he raped, NewsChannel5 reported.

The judge, however, went after the girl's mother as well.

Delbert Harrison, 48, spent half of his life in prison. He will return to prison for the kidnapping and rape of a 7-year-old great niece.

During the trial, the girl testified.

The judge added that he would be a prosecution witness before the grand jury to send a message.

You GO JUDGE!!!!!!!!!!!! Mom should be in jail too. A child that is neglected severly is a hard form of child abuse to prove BUT it can be proved. She was neglectful and most likely responsible for putting this child in harms way with "particular" groups of people.
