Dondrea Williams, 54,walked away from his home on Garfield Boulevard in Garfield Heights around 11 a.m. on Wednesday after making a comment he would like to go to Downtown Cleveland.

His mother stated in the past he has been found walking around talking to himself and begging for cigarettes. The Williams family recently moved to Garfield Heights, Dondrea is not familiar with his new address and might be in the area of the 3200 block of East 110th Street or the area of Kinsman Avenue and East 147th Street in Cleveland.
