#GrovesTrial - Caseworker went to the home on April 19 with sheriff. No one home. Caseworker returned to the home on April 23. No one was home. Left note on door and mailbox. There were different items on the porch than on the 19th. There were also now motion detector lights.

#GrovesTrial - Caseworker asked Daniel Jr. about Dylan and he said he was fine. This was on April 23rd. He said Jessica was staying at the home but then changed saying, sometimes. When asked about his grandfather (heart attack) Daniel Jr. had no idea who she was talking about[/URL].

#GrovesTrial - Caseworker went back to the office. It was decided that Children Services would take custody of the children. They took physical custody of Daniel Jr. (14-yr-old) on April 24, placed him with his aunt and uncle.

#GrovesTrial - Daniel Groves sent a text to the aunt and uncle wanting to know why Daniel Jr. didn't get off the school bus on April 24. The caseworker was there when they received the text. She received a text that evening from Daniel asking why they took Jr.

#GrovesTrial - The caseworker went back to the home. "I knocked, I yelled." Both cars were there. No one answered.

#GrovesTrial - On April 30th the caseworker filed a missing persons report on baby Dylan.

#GrovesTrial - On June 10 the Groves' were arrested. Police informed the caseworker that Children Services took Dylan from them months ago. When the prosecutor asked her if that was true you could hear her choke up and say, "No, the last time I saw him alive was March 28."

This juror has a prosthetic leg so not clear if he was upset at testimony or something else going on. Judge called for a break.

I’m watching the trial on Court TV.
Jessica Groves’ body language today when the case workers & councilor were on the stand...Jessica's crossed arms, frowning, writing notes, looking smug, defiant, mad. She wasn’t under the influence of drugs either. She was showing her selfishness & monster qualities.

I think they said in court today that he died only weighing 1 pound heavier than his birth weight.
4 months later - 1 pound.
Was methamphetamine & amphetamine in his liver.
Various stages of healing fractures.
