I can hardly stand looking at either one but Jessica..omg she bothers me so bad.
Yup we can see the ol dream catcher defense coming or yes she will blame it on being high .. either way I don't think it will fly. Foster Mom broke my heart.

Listening to their whispered exchanges with each other during their police interview, it sounded as if she was confirming with him that he had said that the baby was "already dead" That in itself was a bombshell.

The Foster Mom broke my heart too. She was in court again today crying. She loved baby Dylan and he deserved to be loved and cherished!

Why was Baby Dylan given back to them?? It wasn't a stable home situation. The foster mom said that the mother behaved as if she was strung out on something and Baby Dylan had symptoms of suffering from withdrawal--shaking and crying. This is such a massive failure of the system --not an excuse for what they did, but this could have been prevented

We found out today from Daniel Jr.....
Daniel Sr had his son Daniel Jr ( unknowingly give his) pee in a cup to his dad. So dad Daniel Sr submitted that urine to CPS for his drug test. Came up clean so they (by law) released the baby to Daniel Sr.
Jessica was not suppose to be alone with the baby. Obviously, Daniel Sr was still using. These two monsters need to be put in the deepest darkest cells forever!!!

Groves (41) arrested (6/10/19), charged (5/20/19), indicted (6/11/19) & arraigned (6/12/19) with aggravated murder, murder, 1st degree kidnapping/abduction, 3rd degree endangering children, 3rd degree tampering with evidence, 4th degree interference with custody, 5th degree gross abuse of a corpse, 4 counts of 2nd degree felonious assault, 4 counts of 4th degree receiving stolen property, & 2 counts of 5th degree receiving stolen property. Plead not guilty. No bond.

Jurors hear police interview with Daniel from 6/12/19. Jury listened to jailhouse call between Jessica & her half-sister. Daniel Groves, Jr. (son). The state has rested. Neither defense team made a motion for judgment of acquittal as we usually see. Jessica Groves' defense will go first tomorrow which means we'll likely see her on the stand. Attorneys called at 8 am, jury at 8:30 on 1/10.
