I edited my post & added a bit. Basically, RS slammed TJ for separating from AS and moving in with his current girlfriend, and claimed TJ didn't pay AS's bills, etc.

NG's spending a lot of time on the surveillance video, pointing out the holding and rocking and says "I don't care what anybody says this is a mother who loves her baby, now I don't know if she lost her temper, hurt the baby, or what but this mother loves her baby"..

She's asking TJ if he ever called child protective services when he saw this behavior of Angela being too hard with the girls.. he says he spoke to her many times about it... "Angela actually gave me the girls to live with me" because Angela said that she didn't have anyplace to live and her boyfriend was being too hard on the children.

RS said earlier, BTW for those not watching, that the reason he and Angela were down by the river where she found the diaper wasn't because they decided to go look near the water, it was because someone called them and said that a fisherman had just hooked a duffle bag down at the marina, so that's why they headed to the marina. When it turned out to be nothing, he and Angela just kept on searching from that point. So then she found the diaper.

I can't believe the stepfather tried making TJ appear as the bad guy. Guy has been a class act throughout. Arghhhh.

NG asking a dr, if a baby was dropped from maybe 5.5 feet height from their parents arms, could they die. He says yes if they get a skull fracture or if the thinnest part of the skull area gets a bleed underneath it then they get a brain stem herniation which would interfere with the respiratory center that regulates breathing, which could then cause the baby to stop breathing.

She just asked RS has he heard of any scenario where the baby has been dropped and he said "I can't comment on that" so she said "I'll take that as a yes" and he said "you can take that any way you want but I can't comment on it" and so she said "when was the last time you talked to Angela?" and he said yesterday. Now she's askign Capt. Weis if the mother's story is changing, and he says "I can't say".

Ahem, I suggested that myself and got told it was silliness. Like I said, I knew that she was arrested for negligence but maybe there's more to it.

RS is being very evasive regarding NG's questions, IMO. Recently, RS was more than happy to provide info. I think he's in CYA mode right now and is trying to do damage control on AS's behalf. I can understand that, as he loves his step-daughter. However - his grandbaby is missing!!!

I doubt the FBI told RS to not talk about baby Elaina's injuries. If anyone was going to advise RS pertaining to what As had told him about the baby's injuries, I think it would be AS's attorney. I'm not trusting RS right now.

What about this Mike? Didn't Nancy's producer say that law enforcement still has the King's van? Where is SK? Where is this sweet baby? This isn't some tv crime mob drama - why won't Angela tell them what happened to Elaina? What is wrong with people!?
