....perhaps an evidence blanket to prevent further contamination.

It appears that something significant has been found.

If our little Elaina has passed (and I believe she has) then I hope they have found her. I don't mean that to sound cruel, but never knowing would be so much harder on the family.

BBM: Can you elaborate on what an 'evidence blanket" is. TIA

What kind of blanket is it? I just assumed it was "tarp" like for evidence collection.

I'm not sure, Toledo said "blanket"

If they find something ...as soon as its up, they would need something to place it directly on. like a tyveck cloth or tarp.

If human remains were found, I'm pretty sure the coroner or ME would have been there and taken them.

Does anyone know if the ME or coroner is/was on the scene?

This is the worst time in any missing baby case because we want that baby found alive and logic tell us it might not be . At this point the only chance of punishing those responsible lies in finding Elaina. Somebody has to pay for taking this baby away from her family.

For Ferret, you are an iron lady , my dear. Always know that and you're an angel to little K and you deserve every answer to every question. Bless you :)

I hope they found something...

I have things going on in my life which has caused me a lot of stress for the past month or so. So I am a bit edgy lately.

Yesterday while dropping off my child at daycare another mother had her 2 year old son dropping him off too. The little one walked behind his mother in front of us. Then I hear her say, "Come on hurry up". "Jesus hurry up anthony". Ok you have your 2 year old walking behind you not paying attention. She barely held the door open for him. He is a baby. He looked so sad and scared. As I held my sons hand he just looked up at me confused. I walked my son to his class and gave him a hug while the lady just pushed her son in the room towards the teacher, said bye and turned and walked away.

SO I asked myself, when did people get to be so mean to their own kids? Maybe i've been reading here too long, but I see it everywhere I go it seems. I just dont know anymore....

Has anyone heard if their lunch break is over and they are back on the water?

As aganizing of a wait this is for us I can't even begin to imagine what it's like for little Elaina's family.

  • #238
I don't even know if I spelled aganizing correctly. I'm such a slacker today and am completely overwhelmed by this case.

Locking up for a minute here. I am seeing a LOT of scanner info in the thread.

Scanner info STAYS in the scanner threads and is not brought to the discussion threads. You may LINK to the scanner - but you can't bring the discussion up here. Give me a minute and I'll reopen the thread.
