Jack Campbell, 84, was last seen leaving his home early afternoon Tuesday. Police said he had contact with Miami County Sheriff's Department near Piqua later. Campbell was en route to Fort Wayne to visit family and hasn't been seen since. He is described as male, white, 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. He is bald with blue eyes. He is driving a 2000 Gold Toyota with Ohio license plate AIS6483.
