The LD test thing is one for-sure lie, he either took it or he didn't, one of his two answers is a lie. I do NOT believe one can simply make a mistake about that particular issue.

I can't explain away his appearance tonight or connect anything he said with a the chance of a neighbor coming in and grabbing her...

On the Bring Katelyn Home page, they are saying he took a "voice recognition" test, and that he passed, not an LD test. Maybe he thought it was the same thing and the police told him it wasn't OR when the police said they did not give him the ld test he asked what they did give him or he's just making something else up.

I do NOT believe he has not been asked to take a LD...whether or not he has taken one, I have no idea...

I have tried to give this guy the benefit of the doubt til now, despite my cynical brain and my tendency to go with stats until proven otherwise...but geez...he really blew it tonight, I believe. I hope LE was watching...
