When I first tuned in and they started talking about the old evidence that was found that we've been told didn't belong to her I thought I was watching an old episode! Especially when he stated he hasn't taken a poly!

This is without a doubt the number one strangest, weirdest, case I have ever read or heard about. And I'm a crime junkie!

I'm having a drink. Maybe JC was drinking during tonight's interview? He can't be for real! I'm having another drink so I can think about it.

Just wanted to point out that a pizza delivery person would likely not start work until around 5pm. Not much use for a delivery person before that. Perhaps it was when he was on his way to work around 5pm that he drove by her home and noticed the car there when she was supposed to still be at work. Then he got worried and asked his boss to leave around 7pm.

Kamille, are you sure about that? When they were doing searches for Michelle Hoang Thi Le in Hayward, CA, the orders for pizza to be delivered to the searchers for lunch had to be in by 11:00 or so --wouldn't that mean that a delivery guy had to be available to take them to the meeting site? i.e. a delivery person would have had to start work around noon. Just wondering.....Maybe JC was on a different shift (wouldn't surprise me! he's probably working his own flex time).

The phone in the pic is not intact, the back is missing, battery is missing. If I could find pics of an open pearl... but I can't. I imagine the police wouldn't have bothered asking if it was hers if it wasn't a blackberry?

There may be a method to his madness i.e." Be as evasive as possible with his answers so no one can ever pin him down"? I'd love to see him interrogated by the police. I was going to say something else about his mental condition but probably would get a T.O.

Maybe when LE realized that Nancy Grace would be interviewing JC they released a little info. in order to trip up JC during her questioning because now I have to assume that this cell phone that was found the other day actually belongs to Katelyn! They released the info about the "ping" and they know the cell tower that it came from but only have the radius but not the exact location.

What does this mean to anybody out there.

Someone asked where I saw that her phone was a BB Pearl but I can no longer find the post.

Early on her friends were asking on FB for anyone who had a pic of Katelyn with her phone- a clear pic, so that they could post it for people to look for. There is ONE pic where it appears she is holding a phone but you can only see part of it. Anyway, others had asked what kind/model the phone was and it was answered that it was a BB Pearl.

Please don't ask me to post a link. This was early on before all the drama started on the FB pages and was a gazillion posts ago. It may have even been on the page that was deleted for all I know. Maybe one of the other posters here remembers and can back me up?

Anyway at this point I'm taking ANYTHING that was stated on those pages with a huge grain of salt. For all we know she had a different kind of phone all together. Hopefully I serial number can be recovered from this phone and it can be confirmed if it does/does not belong to her.

If NG did her shows with any thought of helping LE (as she sometimes pretends) instead of just blabbering on as she does, she would have re-read last week's transcripts and been all over the LD thing as soon as he answered it in a different way from last time. It is so disappointing that the people who have a chance to interview these various people are so darned BAD at it.

Actually you're correct about that, one shift would handle the lunch hour and the other would handle the evening hours. What I was meaning to convey was that it is not at all unusual that a pizza delivery person would have a late shift starting around the dinner hour. And I would imagine the early/lunch shift usually would go to "senior", possibly full time employees so I think it's likely that JC worked the evening shift most often.

YES. He did say that at first. He said we were texting until about 2 am---then backtracked to his original timeline.

And I loved how he said he went to his friends after he left KM's, to watch some tv. NG pounced on that : " What did y'all watch?"
"ummm....it was really just background noise...we were talking and stuff..."

All I remember about the phone, the other day when it was found they (TV) said Jc said her phone had a jewel on it.

But another thing, over a week ago, before the searchers found that phone, a good friend of mine told me that a friend of hers who has a very close relative in LE told her that the police had her phone but wasn't telling.
I was amazed and later after i thought about it, I thought my friend probably misunderstood and what the police really had was the phone records.
But now, I would just about believe anything.
